  1. Then why haven’t they announced it?
  2. That’s actually the proper attitude. No one knows, even with regard to the big 3. Few of the highest paid WRs in the league were first round picks…FWIW, I’m warming to the idea of Keon Coleman, regardless where the Bills take him. The guy is a great athlete and a baller, despite his lack of burning speed. I just think he’s going to be in the league for a long time and will be very productive.
  3. It’s what I would do. I don’t think a predictive mock is very interesting or worthwhile. i suspect that Chicago will take Williams, if for no other reason than he is the safe pick…no one will second guess them if they pick him. But I think the guy is going to struggle greatly in the NFL. He holds the ball way too long, doesn’t take care of the football, and I have serous questions about his attitude.
  4. Other than the fact that they haven’t said they are, no. But if I’m the GM, I don’t want Caleb Darnold.
  5. With the very first pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears select Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU. Chicago is not the place for a crybaby with pink fingernails and a pink iPhone protector. Daniels was the most accurate QB in college football, has incredible speed and mobility, and most importantly, has a good head on his shoulders. Daniels’s arm is plenty strong and he is a very quick processor. He is not Justin Fields 2.0. Flame away! Spoiler alert: We’re willing to listen to offers for pick 9. @H2o and the team formerly known as the Redskins are on the clock.
  6. I’m getting on a plane in an hour and would like permission to turn in the Bears’ pick a little early…we know who we’re taking (and not taking)😲
  7. Chicago, Washington or Seattle
  8. So we’ve already been eliminated? Interesting.
  9. Yes, he did. KC just got back a third round pick for L Sneed, who is a first team all-pro and much younger than Diggs…
  10. With the 96th selection in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars select DJ James, CB, Auburn. With this comp pick, we’re able to add one of the three best man-coverage corners in this year’s draft. Unlike the two Alabama corners who were picked in round 1, James was constantly asked to cover number 1 SEC receivers man-to-man and he held up very well. We are extremely pleased with our top three picks this year, each of whom shores up an area of need: Laiatu Latu, Roman Wilson and DJ James. @Might Rather and the Cincinnati Burrows are on the clocks.
  11. The Bills made the exact same play vs KC that Snead made against Flowers in the Ravens game, but it didn’t matter because the Bills were badly out played at home…almost 8 YPP vs just over 4 YPP… just not good enough.
  12. We needed a WR before Diggs left…now we need two. Get Aiyuk without giving up 28, then take Leggette, McConkey or whomever at 28.
  13. Me too. It’s a really deep class and teams are seeing how expensive WRs are on the open market now. It is now the premium position, other than QB.
  14. I don’t know, those all look like solid values, to me. And not unlike what happened in 2022, when six WRs went top 18 and then eight more between 34-54…
  15. Just like in years past…always a run on WR early in rd 2…we did get Shakir, though.
  16. One reason: Drafted number 17. That’s enough for now
  17. I think Jermaine Burton has to be on the list of considerations for Bills at 60…great long ball tracker and YAC guy…suffered under bad QB this year.
  18. And each of those seasons exceeded anything Diggs did in Minnesota, a fact that the morons who say Diggs made Josh who he is conveniently forget. It was the opposite.
  19. Not unless there’s been a trade…
  20. With the 48th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars select Roman Wilson, WR, Univ. Of Michigan. Anyone who thought we were going into this crucial season for Trevor Lawrence with a receiving corps of Zay Jones, Gabe Davis and an injured Christian Kirk had better think again. Wilson has the best hands in the draft and is maybe the twitchiest guy in the draft too. He was underutilized in the Wolverine’s Stone Age offense and is not a slot-only guy in the NFL. @Might Rather and the Cincinnati Bungles are on the clock.
  21. Mitch Trubisky should not be the reason not to draft a qb in round 5 or 6.
  22. Great job. Would have been a good pick at 13, too
