  1. So I finally had my Bills Experience visit today. They had some memorabilia and videos to get you in the mood, then several stations to review the look, feel, and details of the new stadium. Pretty well done overall. That said, I was mostly leaning towards not purchasing. As expected, I was only being offered club seats, and the PSLs and ticket prices were super high, too high for what I thought would be worthwhile. What changed my mind was I was able to find two seats in the East Club (visitors side) on the second club level, in the front row of the section. So, covered and heated, and also nobody in front of me, like the front row of a theater balcony. No standing needed! In a corner section (currently my seats are at the 45 yard line), so that’s a change for me. Still expensive, but a definite step down from the other offerings. Probably wouldn’t have done it if the first row seats weren’t available. Will be interesting to see what it will be like.
  2. In case you were wondering, Oliver is back out on the sidelines for the second half in full uniform. Won’t be playing, but he looks fine and wasn’t hurt enough to change to street clothes.
  3. FYI, Oliver is on the sidelines looking fine. Pointed to his right knee.
  4. Beautiful day here in the stadium, but very windy. Going to be a challenging game for the kicking and return teams. GO BILLS
  5. $40 and $50 is what I’m seeing.
  6. Thanks, I probably would have done that anyway, but good to know.
  7. Yeah, sounds like that was a problem, so just wondering how bad.
  8. Been years since I went to a preseason game, and obviously all of the construction for the new stadium will impact things. Wondering what people think about drive times, parking, and such. How early to head out, which areas/roads to stay away from, and so forth. Thanks…
  9. I mean, if he really wants a lot of children, sure why not.
  10. That's why you don't put a roof on a stadium. Just get torn off by a tornado.
  11. I'm sensing a theme here...
  12. These two statements are about as accurate an assessment of McDermott's philosophy as I've seen. Dorian has all the physical tools to be a great LB, he just seems to lack the mental part. I agree that it probably drives McDermott crazy.
  13. Still can't believe he makes this first down.
  14. Wow, I didn't realize he was that old. Hope he's doing well.
  15. Lot of missed opportunities in that game. It was frustrating to watch. Thank goodness for that punt return TD.
  16. I think the point is that you have to return it if the kick falls within the 25 yard line.
  17. Link to video showing all of the new modified kickoffs from yesterday's game. I was not up for watching the game last night, but I was definitely interested in the new kickoffs. Fortunately, Chicago made a compilation of all of the kickoffs from the game last night. Here it is for those interested...
  18. The camp battle nobody saw coming... They both have advantages and disadvantages, and both seem to have some decent upside. Not sure how they're gonna make that decision, especially since Davidson has already been on the PS twice before.
  19. I know, right? I don't understand this at all.
  20. Proletariat seating.
  21. As an update, I got my appointment email today. It was a link to a web site where you can pick your day/time from the options available. As mentioned before, it's only M-F, 9 to 5. It had options for the entire month of August, so it wasn't like I only had a single week to choose from. That said, as I was looking over the options, the available openings were disappearing right before my eyes. Seems like a group of people probably all got emails today, and they were snatching up openings. I'll be going on Monday, August 12th. We'll see, I'm skeptical of the whole thing.
  22. I mean, it's a worry, but the truth is that Rapp was always going to be one starter, and the other was to be a battle between Edwards, Hamlin, and Bishop. Hamlin's still available, and it sounds like he's been doing well, so my sense is that these latest signings are to make sure we have sufficient depth at the start of the season, allowing Bishop the time he needs to recover and catch up on the position.
  23. Pretty interesting to see, thanks…
