  1. Bills need to execute first. Then they can develop a killer instinct.
  2. Heard he’s found Jesus and is a changed man.
  3. We saw 2019 Allen today. Glimpses of greatness, but not getting it done.
  4. No, just not as humble as we thought. They played like a group of individuals, not a team. We already knew they were an arrogant bunch going in. Someone better tell them preseason is over and it’s time to work.
  5. Daily testing is likely going to cause more disruption than not doing it. This virus is now endemic, so we are going to have to learn to live with it. By this, I mean optimizing our body’s ability to fight and clear it. Said another way, get vaccinated. What happens when a team gets a handful of asymptomatic positive tests? For example, take the Bucs, 100% vaccinated. If Brady gets a positive test without any symptoms, should he be forced to sit? What about Allen? Is there any other industry/profession where asymptomatic people have to get tested daily?
  6. I seriously though that was going to be a Peter Pan link.
  7. Don’t worry. Now that he’s a Panther, the chance of him coming back has exponentially increased.
  8. I’ll trade him for a 1st in 2022 plus a conditional 1st in 2023. That’s the value I assign to him as an insurance policy. If Allen goes down for an extended amount of time, the season is basically over. MT protects against this.
  9. I’ve had about enough of this. I certainly don’t want this, but if the Bills lose out during the AFC Championship game or even the Super Bowl due to multiple players in the Covid protocol, I won’t shed one tear. They’ll deserve it and besides money, losing the biggest game of their lives is the only thing they’ll understand. I’m for personal choice, but being one of the least vaccinated teams in the NFL is pitiful. We wanted a team of high character players, but it’s appears they are the opposite.
  10. Wouldn’t be the same if you didn’t quote yourself. Great job.
  11. I don’t understand this. We finally have enough depth to make a serious SB run. Instead, we want to thin out our D-line for a likely 6th rounder? Is it worth it? Remember, we constantly rotate players in and out on the D-line. What happens when one of these young players goes down for an extended amount of time or hits a physical wall after playing 10 games?
  12. Former panther. Ticks all the bo-, I mean ticks the box.
  13. Not the Bills, but I wonder how many Ron Mexico jerseys are still out in the wild.
  14. How iconic was Bruce Smith’s flu game against the Steelers in the 1996 playoffs? https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/rodgers-has-flu-it-once-felled-bruce-smith-in-playoffs/article_e79dfc6b-48d8-5e49-9acb-728ce300a618.html I’ll give you a hint: he let his teammates down and we lost. And, yes, Bruce Smith has singlehandedly decided playoff games in his career.
  15. Zach Ertz. As of now, he doesn’t look like he’s gonna do much for our Super Bowl push. But, I think he’ll come out of nowhere and surprise some folks.
  16. Anyone ask him about his teammate Star?
  17. This one’s easy. Jason Peters.
  18. No. Vet minimum for him would be $1.05M. He’s has had 3 years of declining production. No team has traded for him and the Eagles only want a 7th rounder. Why? Because no GM is willing to pay him $8M per season. My guess is he gets a 1 year deal of $2-3M. It’s going to a lot closer to vet minimum than $8M. It’s a year salary cap is artificially depressed. His FA will occur in 2022, that’s when he’ll cash in. In the meantime, he’ll need to do whatever it takes to maximize his production beforehand, even accepting a pittance of a 1 year salary.
  19. He’s probably going to be cut post June 1st. My guess is Beane will get him to sign a 1 year deal a little north of vet minimum. Because this is what Beane is best at. It’s a prove me deal on a playoff team with one of the best QBs in the NFL throwing to you. Plus, competition is minimal. Gives more time for Knox to develop. There’s few other decent situations for Ertz to enter. It’s either the team is set at TE, they are a bottom feeder, or they have no cap room. If a team really needed him, they would’ve traded for him. It sounds like the asking price is low.
  20. C’mon folks. Does this REALLY matter?
  21. I specifically listed players that were FA signings from 2018 onwards. Morgan was hired in 2018. Care to point out which names were hired before him? You said “many”, so I expect to see a bunch of names. And while you’re at it, can explain how he has done a better job than the average Director of PP. Given the number of FA signings per year, seems like the Bills were flinging crap at the side of a barn and seeing what stuck. Now, I certainly don’t know what his role was in signing each of these players, or whether his mandate was to sign as many as possible, but he was the Director.
