You can not keep TT with the deal that is on the table. You rip that one up you let him test FA and if there is still interest you offer him a similar deal that is instead tied to incentives instead of guarantees TT is a good stop gap but there are better options

the ONLY way I would bring TT backs is under a new heavy incentive negotiated deal after he tests FA which he would. I would not give him the offseason deal, that deal was a for a QB who could win games in the 4th quarter and hang with above .500 teams which he proven woefully incabale of He has his positives and coulds still grow till the next QB is found and wins the job.. but the offseason option deal that is on the table now is way to rich of a deal for a what TT showed us in 2016.. Change much of that money into incentives and re offer it

If TT wants to be a BIll he will have to negotiate a new contract.. The contract on the table overpays him for what he brings. The contract on the table was for a QB who can win games in the 4th quarter, make some clutch plays in clutch situations. TT did not do much of that at all.

This again can only change with the Pegula's making those changes SO I won't be throwing Whaley under any busses now.. If hew truly is in charge of it all then now the clock is ticking on Whaley he will get 2 more years to right this ship 3 at most... after that he will be gone...... His HC choice has to be the right one HOW IN THE HELL DOES ANY SEASONED HC TAKE A TOP 10 DEFENSE AND MAKE IT A BOTTOM 5 DEFENSE...... seriously we only needed O improvement 2 years ago. Now we have an O that scores passing is still weak, but they put up points regardless, but now a D that can't stop a flea Whaleys' job was to get players to improve that O while Rex kept the D functioning at a high level. The O was definitley improved, and Whley actually found great defense playersto add for Ryan and yet still Ryan drove the d into the ground

well the problem is obviously not the Bills front office/hc . Its obviously the fans Rex is a joke and a complete debacle

Offense is one dimensional.. and never shows up in crunch time or desperation time The defense never shows up against good QB's and obviously doesn't play well against powerhouse teams likes pittsburgh the team lacks heart and has to many players who don't give it their all.. this is a HC GM situation when the players aren't living up to expectations

This team is not going to make it to he superbowl and making the playoffs means nothing to me if we aren't' a real team and we are not. TT gets injured we are stuck with his salary cap hit which will ensure we don't see the playoffs for another 3 to 5 years Whaley doesn't do the contracts.. Overdork does

I don't watch football unless the bills are playing.. and once they are eliminated I usually forget football all together. Don't even watch the superbowl

yeah no way we will pick up the option now as TT has regressed considerably... I figured he was good enough as a stop gap but that ship is sailing to far away from shore for me now.. if we are going ot clean house then clean house, but it will be another 3- 5 years before we ever come close to thinking playoffs again

until we have a better option step up and prove they are the better option this team can not afford to not have TT here. We can't go backwards at the QB position. I'll take a half ass TT over what will be available to us. We stil draft another QB and we still work with Cardale but TT is going to be a Bill for the next couple of years, Cardale Jones is going to be groomed very slowly.. as will anyother options we can come across.. There will be no vets worthy of taking TT place available IMO

Brandon has less than zero to do with the Bills futility.. He is a marketing man and has done a masterful job of bringing in extra coin for the franchise Ralph Wilson was to blame for most.

Got no choice Tyrod is still the best option we have and had in a long time, and there won't be anything better in FA or trade only a fool would let him walk and roll the dice on a different QB... We can still draft and groom but we need Tyrod till the next QB is truly ready to take over
