lol. so based on the responses in this thread you ended up being completely wrong.
normally i wouldn't bother following up on this nonsense, but you were awfully cocky -- especially since you were clearly wrong.
enjoy paying full price in your reality, my man. 👍
so weird...last season they randomly emailed to tell me that i was getting the ticket for free. i figured it was a one-time thing but i just checked my bill, and it's showing up as free again this year.
if mcdermott were a sandwich, he'd be an open-faced headcheese served on rye, accented with a lovely dijon mustard, a couple dabs of horseradish and served with a side of tangy, vinegary sauerkraut.
whenever i'm in paris, i watch bills football at the hooters at 67 ave des champs-elysees. it's right across the street from le 68 guy martin. make sure to order the wings!
as someone who once quit a restaurant job mid-shift because they wanted me to change my shirt, i'm fine with vontae's decision. we both saw the writing on the wall. better to go out on top than flame out.
i called up and said i was planning on cancelling everything. my reason was because i only need direct tv for the ticket, which is way too expensive this year. the first lady i spoke with offered to get it down to $200/year. i said that was still too much so she said she would connect me with someone else.
the next person gets on and tells me that they'll give me my current programming (i also have some premium channels like hbo and a few others, and a second wireless receiver) along with the ticket for $90 for 12 months. the only catch is that i need to commit to a 12 month contract. i went ahead and agreed since i don't plan on moving anytime soon.
that's probably the best deal i've gotten. usually i only get them down to $150 for the ticket.
