    Who cares about linebackers. Draft two QBs with the first two picks next year. Be a physical team, run the ball with CJ and Fred and develop the better QB slowly but surely. Draft two QBs and not only you would have improved the position but you would guarantee hope to the ticket holders.

    QB league, without one you're wasting your time. Shanahan was finished and deemed out of touch with coaching when he had Beck and Grossman as QBs, he's back to being an offensive guru and mentor with RGIII.

    If we draft a QB (or two) I'm on board. I want to see Gailey with a more talented player at QB. He will be forced to use Spiller and the running game to aid the young player. Play action and heavy dose of Chandler and Stevie. No more Fitz, please.

    As I said on another thread, Nix should name Whaley the new GM and let him bring a rookie HC with the plan of taking a QB early next year draft. Keep Nix as a consultant, no matter how much you hate him, he still has connections in the college ranks.

    What's the word in Arizona about Horton? Is he charismatic enough to be a HC in this league or is he one of them coordinators only?

    I wanted Billick back when Nx took over GM duties and I still think he would be good choice now, but... I think the best course of action is for Nix to step down as GM, name Whaley as his succesor and let him bring a rookie HC with a QB drafted early in next year draft.

    Finley is no better than Chandler. The hype this guy receives is amazing. Bowe on the other hand is another Moulds, the guy had **** for QBs his all career, he needs to get free from KC. While we're talking free agents, I will be very interested in what Randy Starkds does in Miami. He would be a tremendous role player here.

    It is my understanding that the cap will make a significant jump next year. We will have the cap to re-sign both Levitre and Byrd if we want to. No need to be asking for a Mario pay cut.
