  1. The main reason I opened this thread was to make sure somebody mentioned him. Well done
  2. It's just cool to see so many of these high caliber players that have a lot of respect for Coach McDermott. Can't wait to see the relationships grow between him and our young players.
  3. Maybe he's seen enough frauds during his time with the Bills to know the difference?
  4. So funny you post that today because I saw a pic from Little Giants posted on a 90's Nostalgia Facebook post today and the best comment was "I always thought that's how Al Bundy's life would've played out had he never met Peg" .......I'm assuming you have seen the movie but if not for reference point Ed O'Neil plays a hot shot former football star who owns a car dealership and is the coach of the best pee wee football team in the district. Classic stuff
  5. I say this in all seriousness...it feels so good to finally have a Jock as our starting Quarterback again. I was so sick of us always trying to make the overachieving, hard working, really smart but obviously lacking the raw, natural athletic ability QB thing try to work with guys like Fitz, Trent Edwards, Peterman etc....we finally have a pure athletic freak who also has all of the intangibles you want. Josh Allen just stands out as the real deal the more we can continue to get familiar with him.
  6. If there's gonna be Bills fans there, I can promise you there will be tailgating
  7. Add Dan Marino in there as well
  8. He always had the highest ceiling out of all of them, but the exciting thing is he is already showing signs he is capable of climbing up those ceilings and using all of his potential. After years of being stuck with guys like Trent Edwards, Fitzpatrick, EJ Manuel, Nathan Peterman it feels incredible to have a QB who has all the potential in the world to be a Star in the NFL. Not to mention his personality is perfect for Buffalo.
  9. Biscuit for sure. His talent stands up as it is but on top of that he was a major component to that magical era of Bills football we had in the late 80s and early 90s. Put him up on the Wall and then we can finally close the final chapter of the Super Bowl years.
  10. I'm sure it's been around forever but it seems like it really became a popular buzzword amongst college kids and 20 something year olds to describe their nights out and/or their levels of drunkenness during the 2010's Era.
  11. Same here. I enjoy the "dead time" though. I use it to catch up on movies and just be out and about more in the summer time. I love being a Sports Fan but I do hate how much time it consumes. I'll be excited when football season gets here but I'm in no rush for it either.
  12. Old School Football...RIP #15. That era was before my time but as a kid who fell in love with football and the NFL in the 90's I enjoyed learning about the history of the sport and I was very familiar with Bart Starr and Lombardi's Packers.
  13. #95 is just one of those dudes that's just all around very good at everything he touches. I too hope he makes it back to this organization as a coach someday.
  14. Milano is an absolute beast. He might be the best bang for the buck draft pick in the McBeane era which is saying a lot considering some of the draft picks they have hit on. Our defense is getting close to being something very special.
  15. So wait a minute there is a bar and restaurant that are next to each other called Thirsty's and Hungy's? That is genius
  16. I gotta admit I always get a good laugh when you can tell Murph is getting frustrated with the direction of some of Tasker's rants
  17. 1) It really is that bad when you are stacked with the team built to go all the way and you get swept out of the first round! 2) From the stories I've heard over the years they probably didn't leave the bar until the morning of the game
  18. This era's Tampa Bay Lightning are quickly working their way up the ranks in this category
  19. Yeah I've heard that about a lot of parts in Brooklyn and NYC in general is like that now. Crazy when you think about how it was when we were growing up.
  20. I was about an inch away from having a much cooler story but it is my best shot personally....Par 4....2nd shot about 120 yards out and hit my PW absolutely as pure and clean as you could and I stuck it about a foot from the pin and it rolled about an inch away from dropping in the cup. Would've given me my first and only Eagle. Luckily I didn't choke on the putt and still made birdie Some of you guys have some very impressive shots on your resume
  21. Have you seen that TV series yet called Unsolved about the 2pac and Biggie murders? It was on tv last year but you can find it on Netflix right now. It was very well done and pretty in depth and from what I've read is supposed to be pretty accurate. Very interesting stuff
  22. I belong to an LA Fitness, I'm sure that's not a popular choice on here but I don't mind it. Yes I am there to workout but I don't mind the social aspect of it. It's nice to run into old friends here and there that I wouldn't see otherwise. I feel more motivated in a gym atmosphere to push myself than if I was just doing stuff at home and I have a mancave in my basement so I wouldn't have anywhere to setup gym equipment at my house anyway. I try to go at least 3-4 times a week but sometimes it's only a couple if Life is busy getting in the way. I would say I pretty much always manage to get in there at least twice a week as a minimum and there are good weeks where I make it 5 times and every once in awhile 6 out of the 7 days of the week(extremely rare right now though) but my average is def 3-4 days/week.
