  1. What's it about? Not from the NJ/NYC area but sounds like something I might be interested in
  2. Soak it in Bills fans...it's a wonderful feeling
  3. This kid is tough as balls. He's got the Jimbo and Brett Favre warrior mentality to him and I love it!
  4. Lol I'm sure their plan was to never bring in a legit #1 WR....you just can't add all of the pieces you want the second you step in. Takes like this crack me up.
  5. They say things things are very cyclical but the card industry was never something I saw making a comeback. I would be happy for the younger generation if this is the case..I have a lot of good memories from my sports card collecting days.
  6. I'm curious about this. The card industry has been dead for years.
  7. I'm not sure role players would be accurate either because I think these guys are legitimate starters and good players but for a team trying to build itself into a contender we need to hit on an elite weapon or two on the defense that can take over a game. It's kind of funny how we seem to have more playmakers on the Offensive side of the ball all of a sudden.
  8. I'm not so sure the issue is a lack of having an emotional leader. I think a lot of these guys play the game with a passion and as McDermott would say "Do the right things" but as I watch this Defense it is becoming more apparent to me that we have a defense filled with a bunch of good players but what we are lacking is a Bonafide playmaker wrecking Havoc along the lines of a Luke Keuchly, JJ or TJ Watt, Aaron Donald, Von Miller in his prime and so on and so on. I was desperately hoping Ed Oliver could be that guy but he certainly hasn't arrived to that level yet. Whether he is being affected by injury or not Edmunds hasn't even been close to that guy yet(not saying he sucks but just saying he hasn't proven to be our Playmaker yet). McDermott has really built the ultimate bend but don't break defense but the problem is we are starting to bend too much this season. I really think a stud edge rusher would bring so much to this defense and make the entire unit so much more dangerous but I have no idea where that piece is acquired at the moment as we won't be drafting very high anymore going forward.
  9. He was before my time but I've always been a fan of the history of the game and I have fond memories of my grandfather talking about Gale Sayers when I was a kid. He was an icon in the sport of professional football. RIP
  10. Hate to admit it but I agree. I bet some money on Seattle and they really made me sweat it out until the end of the game. New England is going to be much better than I was expecting this season. It's gonna be a dog fight for the AFC East.
  11. I agree with the majority who have Mahomes at #1 on their list but Russel Wilson absolutely has the credibility to make that statement and feel that way. Anybody who wants to be great should have that kind of confidence. If you haven't proven anything in the league yet then it's not something you should be publicly stating but Russel has already proven it at the NFL level.
  12. I think Oliver is going to make you eat crow on that one. We shall see
  13. I still think some Bills fan underrate how good Ed Oliver can turn out to be. I really expect him to breakout this season and become a legit star in this league.
  14. No I don't remember this movie at all lol. Space Jam on the other hand....
  15. They have different personalities but they definitely share some similar traits! Feels great to finally have a head coach who is a leader of men.
  16. I'm as disappointed as anyone the way things have played out this year but at this point people really need to accept the reality of the situation. Anybody who actually shows up to the stadium to "protest" will look foolish. All i know is my beer fridge will be stocked at my house and ready for action Sunday! Housegating 2020
  17. I was a diehard Bulls fan back then but I remember being terrified of Utah in that last championship series. It's funny because I think a lot of people look back and just think the Bulls were this super team that were superior to everybody they played but I really looked at Utah as being the favorite going into that series. I think it adds to the Bulls/MJ mystique that they still pulled it off.
  18. Juju is more talented than Zay no doubt but he is a huge diva. He wouldn't fit with the current culture/lockerroom vibe that Beane and McDermott have created. There are Steelers fans who already want to run the guy out of town. Our WR corp here is solid now so no need to look back in hindsight on the Zay Jones miss.
  19. I remember how butt hurt some fans were when McDermott and Beane parted ways with Sammy Watkins and Marcel Dareus in their first year here...I love the way they revamped this roster with guys who love the game and have football character(I know, I know cliche lol)
  20. Maybe the marketing team realized that the Bills are going to be so good this year that their job was going to be pointless?
  21. As someone who enjoys sports, movies, Documentaries, tv series I find it frustrating almost with how much stuff is out there all at the same time. I just feel like there's never enough time to watch everything I have an interest in. I know it sounds silly but it actually gives me anxiety in a way lol.
  22. Absolutely not. Glad our guys wanted nothing to do with him. Seems like the kinda guy Rex Ryan and Whaley would've been all over though
  23. Talley seems like that dude that would just be cool to drink some beers and bulls*** around with. He seems like he would be a good story teller kinda guy.
  24. In real life Jason Alexander isn't a sports fan at all.
