Not sure why people are mocking a UDFA signing after a tryout. Some perspective is warranted.

Everyone should realize ej was clearly a guy taken for his upside, so it is natural that there are still question marks. I don't think they intended him to start last year, but a concussion ended that. They also made a huge mistake by not having a dedicated qb coach for him. Not a good move for a rookie. All that said, I don't see how anyone can be sold on ej yet, but I'm optimistic he can develop. I have no patience for those who have no patience for a rookie qb with 10 games under his belt. Hopefully this year we start to see the upside.

It further opens up Rochester, Syracuse and other areas east for easy access to games. If Batava was the site of the stadium, the number of season ticket holders from Rochester would increase 10x. I would. It is a 2.5 hour trip home for me after a game to the east side of Rochester. Not great when I need to work the next day.

I think the Bills are actually in a very ideal situation when it comes to a new owner. A stadium that was just renovated, which buys plenty of time to build a new stadium. Also, an active and determined fanbase, government, and celebrity support.

They didn't re-sign him in buffalo for a reason. They could have, but chose not to. He was a bad teammate in Buffalo, and nobody liked him and he was bad for chemistry, and that's that.
