Does anyone actually know what The_Dude is talking about here? I know he doesn't...curious if anyone else does...

Mueller had carte blanche to go after any and every crime they found as a result of investigating the possibility of Russian collusion. It really didn't matter if there was collusion or not...they were going to chase every loose end and identify every crime they could find. Same ***** as the Starr investigation...Starr was investigating Whitewater and anything else he might find while investigating Whitewater, which is how a fat chick's stained dress became national news.

No, the biggest reason was simply that he wasn't Clinton. It's the old saw about standing on a river bank, being stalked by a hungry lion. Maybe there's crocodiles in the water. But there's definitely a hungry lion stalking you. Better the hypothetical crocodiles than the realized lion. No, you're one of those people who thinks everyone who voted for Trump is one of those people. You're insisting you're better than them because even though you've got your head stuck as far up your ass as they do, you think your ass smells sweeter. And maybe it does. Doesn't change the fact that your head's stuck up your ass.

I don't usually check comedy sites for news, though. Who the ***** cares? Trump says lots of things, usually wrong. I don't check comedy twitter feeds for news either. He has no economic acumen as a businessman. Anyone with half a brain has known that since the 90s. He went bankrupt in the casino business. If you think it's fair to present economic data in this manner - as dismal news based on what a failed casino owner thinks, even though it's better than what economists predicted - then you are the problem.

I haven't yet seen anyone say "Did better than expected." Outlets seem to be going way out of their way to make this seem negative.

Marines have some battalion-level live-fire exercises going on this week. They also have one amphibious group coming home - probably today - and one exercising with a carrier group near the So. Cal. Test Range. Don't know what the Army or Air Force would be doing - Air Force is probably golfing. Army, if @The_Dude and our new moron are any measure, is probably in coloring-book training. But two ARGs, a CVBG, and a battalion of artillery is a pretty busy day. If the Army breaks out the 64 count Crayolas, it could get crazy...

That doesn't mean it didn't happen!
