I would figure that is all they will show him in, so you only see from the head up. Will be weird how they explain why theres a jet on the volleyball court though....... They could also paint his body to look like a jet and just let him walk around making jet noises....

Does Mike Rowe need 10 minutes to tell you how you shouldn't go to College and to go to trade school instead?

Eagles Greatest Hits surpasses Thriller
apuszczalowski replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I dont really follow the Eagles much so it may sound like a dumb question, but was this album a true "greatest hits" album, or was that just the albums name, containing all new material of theirs? I would give more credit to Thriller being the top album if the Eagles was a true "greatest hits" album as it would be much easier to sell an album full of all your hit songs then one of all new material. Could also say that most people only care about and want to hear the Eagles hits and not the rest of the album. (Like when Homer Simpson sees the Guess Who and keeps yelling at them to play 'Taking Care of Business') Might also help that their competition may have had record sales slump by being labeled a pedophile, although dying usually helps boost sales too..... -

Sal Carpaccio: Corey Coleman Is In Trouble
apuszczalowski replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Even though it was for just a 7th, I dont see this team cutting someone they just dealt for unless he is a complete mess. Kerley, Holmes, Streeter are more likely they guys that get cut if they need the room to keep some of the other WRs. Pluses they probably figure they can stash 1 or 2 on the PS. The only locks on the roster at WR is Benjamin and Jones (Jones would most likely be traded before they would think about cutting him) -
Today is the Birthday of Peter Edward Baker...

Not really, they weren't a band that wrote songs and sang about partying. They wrote about a beach in St Catharines they used to visit in the spring as a kid, living in suburbia and Tom Sawyer. -
Did he say the letter was handwritten? I dont remember that. There has to be more to it then just a nice letter from Chuck from an earlier time. That doesnt seem to fit the show. This is a show that went from him writing a will for a client including her Humboldt collection to a future season where he is stealing one from someone else. Nothing is done just because. As for the expansion scene, definitely think that Kim is freaking out cause they just dropped this info on her of massive expansion after how the original expansion was wearing her out and nearly killed her. I dont know if another firm or someone else worked with them or if this was just the owners grand plans he just dropped on her of what he wants to do going forward.

Wonder if that sitcom would have been like 'Lady House' Uncle Jack just cant win. Marital issues, tiny hands......

I dont agree, I think she did write it, too many mistakes in it to be from Chick, and even when he was in the mailroom, Chuck was only proud of Jimmy being in the mailroom and not becoming a lawyer. Je also always seemed jealous of Jimmy being the younger brother that the parents loved, that letter seemed to be too out of character for Chuck as something he would have wrote, even if it was years ago. It also seemed to be out of character for Kim to get that emotional over it just by what it said and her knowing what Chuck was like.

I dont think Grohl partied as much as you would think, or more then anyone else. Now it's even less, considering his biggest problem is the amount of coffee he drinks.... I think all 3 of the members of Rush are some of the best technical musicians at their instruments. Neil has had some issues that I believe stated after his wife died, he spent alot of time alone after that. -
Because if somehow a miracle happens and they win, people will win huge, so they throw a few bucks down and hope for the miracle. They look like (on paper) they will be a better team, and people now look at the Vegas Golden Knights last year in the NFL and think maybe the Browns can do the same thing. I really dont think anyone truly believes that they are a SB contender, just like most people dont truly believe they will win the Power Ball lottery, but for a few bucks people will take the chance to turn it into something big.... People outside of Buffalo think Tyrod is a decent QB, and everyone thinks that maybe this front office knows what they are doing and will be different this time......

This is a situation that fell into their laps though making it easier. A better punter is released by his former team, Bill's have a connection to him through their kicker and an opening cause of an injury to their 2nd punter so they call him up and sign him to come in and try to win the job. If he didnt just get cut they probably stick with schmidt and bring in an extra leg for the last 2 games. Instead a potential upgrade fell into their laps. Other positions are not as easy because a good player coming available, that also fits your scheme, is less likely to happen and not come with additional teams also in play for them. How many teams are looking for and short punters this week? They may have been interested drafting him later then he went if he was available, bit did not feel that a punter was a high enough priority cause Schmidt was good enough. This situation fell into their lap and they went for it because they feel he may be an upgrade to what they have, but still feel comfortable with who they have if he doesnt work out Wasnt Ryan Hauschkas holder when they played together in Seattle a few years ago? I would say theres much of an advantage for Schmidt anymore then....

Now that I think of it, the part when he says new paragraph didnt sound right, who would just say that when reading a letter? But that could be something that would come up when you are dictating something into a computer that would type it out for you. And Jimmy mentions how it's not dated which seems unlike something someone like Chuck would do. This could be the start of something that drives the wedge between them? She writes a new letter because she assumes that the original one chuck wrote would devastate or hurt him more, so she tries to help Jimmy by now making him think his brother really was proud of him. She got all emotional because Jimmy didnt react to it like she hoped and didnt seem to have any emotion to it at all. I think this season will be the year that Jimmy fully breaks ties with everyone in his life and completes the transition to Saul. Once his suspension is over and he can practice law again he will stop being Jimmy and will be separated from his old life and be Saul. I dont think Kim will die or be killed, I think she and Jimmy have a big fall out and she leaves, maybe going back home. Was she not from Missouri? (I thought she said in one episode she was) maybe that's why he ends up going back there after breaking bad to try and find her and reconnect? Last night's episode was pretty good, for a second when Gus went to the school I thought maybe it was going to involve a Walter cameo. And I would have been emotional too like Nacho when they were in the desert setting up the 'gang attack murder'. They could have atleats destroyed a crappier car. All those bullet holes.......

Bills injury updates - Training Camp/Preseason
apuszczalowski replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Of course this is until a few games in and he is hurt and cant play and they find the original diagnosis was correct. I dont know why but this always seems to happen, a player gets a second opinion and it's a better result, but then are hurt or affected after a few games and find it's worse cause the original diagnosis is correct -
Do posters at TBD enjoy getting in fights "sparring"?
apuszczalowski replied to Bing Bong's topic in Off the Wall Archives
There are people who just enjoy to get into fights or arguements just for fun, usually they are trolls that just want to start stuff. Those people are usually aholes I dont have issues with debating others on topics when both sides can back up their arguements and keep it respectful. On the internet that rarely happens though. Having rational debates is nice because often times you might actually learn something from it and see something different. On the internet it's usually just a battle of trying to be right and arguing until you both think the other is an idiot and wont change their mind no matter what you show/tell them. -
Please name Josh Allen the starter
apuszczalowski replied to PlayoffsPlease's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is all going to depend on the coaching staff (and front offices) belief on whether they think Allen would be better to 'sit and learn' or 'learn while doing'. If they prefer the later, Peterman will start but not because he earned it by beating everyone out like believed earlier in this thread, but because they cant get anyone now who can learn the offence and be ready quick enough to start week 1. If they believe Allen is at a point where they believe he will learn more by playing, he will start week 1. If he does start, expect this season to be a rollercoaster with ups and downs and just hope that Allen is strong enough mentally to learn from his mistakes and build off them and not let it get to him. -
It's so hard to judge during the Pre season if your not part of the coaching staff. Most coaches and teams are focusing on certain elements of their team and not game planning or focusing on winning. They dont make many adjustments to counter what the other team does, they continue to run the same thing over and over to practice that part only. Offence almost always look better then the defences at this time, usually cause the offence are able to dictate the play while the defences stay the same. Many coaches are focusing in on certain players just to see if they did what they were supposed to do and not the end result of the play. In other words, they are looking at the line to make sure they moved to where they were supposed to with the play that was called and not that the RB was able to get a 5 yard gain. The Bill's were horrible in Pre season during their SB runs, and the Lions and Browns won games in the preseason during the years they went winless. It's all about evaluation and learning the plays now. Week 1 is when to start evaluating the stats and results.

He was all the announcers and pre game show could talk about, this amazing gem the Pat's were able to swipe out from under the Bill's for nothing......
