    How often? She ALMOST always could this time around. She'll probably be able to do it SOME in 2020 (The year we finaly see clearly? Yeah, right. Not a friggin' chance.) but not as often as in 2016.

    Got Ticket for $180 total & Max for $96 but w/ an additional $160 of discounts. So total cost for Ticket & Max is $96. Probably could've gotten better deal but didn't want to deal w/ it. This was good enough.

    Probably. But the price doesn't ratchet up like it has this year. 10# bag @ BJ's was ~$18 2 months ago. Now it's ~$24. Was told by a restaurant buyer to expect $3.00/# by the end of the year. Can't recall the reason he gave. Have 25#'s in the freezer. Might need to buy 1 more bag to weather the crisis until saner times are restored.

    If the shine isn't made by a licensed distiller & hasn't been taxed it is most certainly illegal. The higher the taxes, the larger the black market will be. There is already a huge black market for pot. It will not completely disappear. Kids will still be purchasing through established illegal channels.

    You ever have moonshine? And Indian cigarettes are very prevalent. The black market would change and get much smaller, but it would still exist. Especially because underage kids won't be able to buy it.
