    Don't know the answer but always thought it had something to do w/ using cavalry (because they didn't have any armored tanks) to attempt to stand up to the Nazi tanks invading at the start of the war. Probably didn't start there/then, but no way that helped to diminish the stereotype.

    Won't speak to the other 2, but the mandate IS A TAX. That's why the mandate gets addressed there.

    Again, and this understands the Middle School cliquishness of the current WH & why Sec. Tillerson could/would want to get out, why would you WANT Tillerson to quit when you state he's doing a good job? Shouldn't we want the "adults" to stick around?

    Bandits are likely 2nd at ~50. Bills or Astros would be probably be 3rd at about 40. Though it's very possible and actually likely that I've seen the Habs, Bruins, Leafs, &/or Flyers more than them. Fish would be the most common non-Buffalo based & non-hockey based team as they were almost always the Bills opponent if I only got to 1 game a year.
