I said that the "he's senile" was the worst part of it because it killed his re-election chances, and I didn't really care about the classified documents things because they all did it so you either charge them all or charge none of them. But Hur could have put the ghostwriter's feet to the fire to produce the audio recordings where Biden would have admitted to having them and thus not needed to be put on the stand. Another bone Hur threw him.
