Happened right in front of us. Surreal thing to see unfold. You knew right away it was very bad. Could have turned out a lot worse. Props to everyone who had a hand in his care and props to him.

Asked this same question in the tailgate forum a few days ago. Sounds like Hammers is at capacity for RVs but there are some other private lots near the stadium that will allow it. Don't have any more details than that yet.

Few years ago week 2 home opener vs the Fish after it became official that Pegulas got the team. Game wasn't particularly thrilling but atmosphere was pretty cool. Rex's first game where we smashed the Colts was pretty awesome also. Too bad that was the high point. As pointed out earlier the Broncos game stands out as the worst in recent memory.

Does Hammers allow any overnight RV/camper parking? If not, anyone know of another good private lot that does? Season ticket rep informed me the RV/camper lot is sold out for first 3 home games. Missing a couple this year so couldn't justify the season pass and apparently never got a crack at any of the first 3 games. Looking for a home for our 29ft Minnie Winnie from Saturday morning till Monday morning. Would prefer to have something pre-arranged and willing to pay upfront. Any info appreciated!

Same thing happened to me but I made up a fake account to watch the game then cancelled it. My Bills rep told me they get the promo codes from the NFL and hasn't gotten them yet last Thursday. I'm sure this is no coincidence...I'd try to get a hold of someone and get a refund.

Absolutely. He / we are fortunate enough to already have a pretty significant balance in a 529 plan courtesy of his grandpa / my FIL. He shouldn't have to worry about any student loans unlike his dad had to! I'm about finished though, only have about 8 grand left that I'll pay off later this fall. Will have taken me 11 years but I'll have covered almost 100k in loans and obv a lot more than that with the interest factored in. Luckily for us my better half didn't have any from undergrad or law school!

I would consider myself a pretty optimistic Bills fan, and I like what I've seen from McD. But to me this article was just the typical Chris Brown fluff/feel good piece. Like we're somehow doing something revolutionary by practicing situational football? Jesus was it that bad under Rex? (I think it probably was)

I saw that happen at the Ralph that day as we were at the gate. Crazy because all the **** didn't hit the fan right away, I think it was a chain reaction type thing that led to all the power out in the stadium. The bathrooms were an interesting experience that day...

Just called and asked for my yearly discount. Been a customer since 2008. I have seasons so only use the ticket for around half of the games and always relay that to them. I always am very polite and also remind them that really the only thing keeping me a DTV customer is the ticket. Anyways, I got the ticket and the max for 6 payments of 29.99. That's fair enough for me. I didn't get into equipment upgrades or other discounts, I'll save that for another day.

. I heard about that. Sounded like kind of a tense few days around there. We always stay on the Dutch side in Simpson bay. By any chance was the "other beach" you mentioned located on the other side of the runway with a place called Karakter there? Food served out of an old gutted school bus. Cool spot. So how terrified do I need to be when taking off / landing? We've landed in some fairly heavy rain before which was quite unpleasant. Also, last time we departed we took off the "other way" towards the water. What's the reason for doing that from time to time?

Nope that's Maho beach in St. Martin. We travel there regularly, been there 6 or 7 times. Awesome island, hate the flights in and out for that reason. I have to take Xanax and have a few drinks.

I like Emerel's sportsbook "Legasee stadium" at the Palazzo. It's really just like a giant sports bar that happens to have a book in it. I feel like less of a degenerate in there as opposed to most of the other places where I'm in a dark lit room with sheets all over the floor as I sit drinking by myself, making handwritten notes about random sporting events.

Always liked them, especially their old stuff. Always respected the way they seemed to run their business/brand, seemed like sharp dudes. RIP Chester

Thought it might be fun to have a thread detailing our Bills fan interactions for us out of towners. Maybe see if we can make a TBD connection with the guy you just talked about the draft with at the grocery store, or that car that just passed you on the highway rocking a Bills sticker. Judging by some other threads going right now, we're pretty bored so let's see what we got! I'll start. I had a tee time at Turnberry here in Cbus this past Sunday morning and when walking into the clubhouse to pay, I saw a pickup truck in the parking lot with at least 4-5 Bills/Sabres stickers. Think it was a F150. Never saw a person near it to give a Go Bills. Also today got passed by what I think was a Honda minivan rocking a Bills bumper sticker. It was on 270 on the east side near 670 just before noon. Any other out of towners have recent encounters with fellow suffering Bills fans in their current town, while traveling, etc.?
