Random talking head says something about the Bills
DrDawkinstein replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
My favorite Collinsworth moment last night was in the 2nd quarter, 9ers 3rd possession of the game. Von Miller and others swarm Purdy and almost sack him, but he's able to barely get back to the line for like half a yard gain. Collinsworth sees that and goes "With these field conditions, I wonder if Purdy and Shanahan will be able to take advantage of the lack of pressure by the defense" And then Groot immediately sacks him for a 5 yard loss. Like "B!tch, we just pressured and sacked him before you even got your dumb comment out of your dumb face!" -
She's not welcome back in Buffalo, EVER. All the ***** she tried to stir up, not only with Jordan, but even Micah Hyde's contract. Stay in Miami with the rest of the beach trash washed up on shore. And speaking of washed up, keep your cheap shot husband there too.

I just came back to this thread to bring that up. Saw it when they showed the Knox catch replay from the sideline angle. The second Knox breaks open Mack is pointing.

Damar Hamlin leading pro bowl voting
DrDawkinstein replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
You'd have to go back DECADES to get past the popularity contest. How many times did Ruben Brown get voted onto the PB team? How many times did he really deserve it vs that was the only Guard name people recognized? Heck, my dad and I had a theory that it was defensive players voting for him just to keep him around longer. -
The most unfortunate part, as details come to light, is that this likely isnt enough to win her Cracker of the Year.

No one is doubting "something" happened. It's just a matter of to what extent. Really sounds like they just got bumped on the stairs and the kid slipped. Not great, but nothing horrible or targeted. Certainly not "thrown" down the stairs, or shoved. I think it's a bit of over-protective parents over-reacting. In similar situations, I make sure our daughter walks between my wife and I so if she does slip one way or the other, one of us can catch her.

I can believe that. Still isnt anywhere close to the story that some crazed Bills fan went after her to throw her down the stairs. People get bumped. Especially when the aisles are already clogged with snow, and folks are thicker than usual with winter layers. Unfortunate, but has nothing to do with bad Bills fans.

I cant wait until this story is proven false. Then I get the perfect cover to start actually pushing kids down the stairs at games and no one will believe them.

The need to re-sign him to a mega deal will be exactly why they cant get anything better than a 3rd for him. Although the 5th year option could help get them up to a 2nd and maybe some later round picks thrown in.

That seems like a very Jets thing to do to ensure the cycle of suck continues. I'm for it!

Continuing my "Mack Hollins Apology Tour". Dude is so solid on the field and in the locker room. Seems like a guy who has enough good karma built up to deserve a SB win in his career. 🤞

Also, they dont have a top 3 pick and there arent many (any?) blue chip QBs coming out this year. It is a very 2013-type draft.

Another Josh Allen touchdown to watch over and over!

I dont think of it as a diminishing qualifier. I think it is meant to illustrate that he is the best player, across all positions, including QBs. -

It absolutely reminded me of a lot of those early-2000s Dolhins games where the snow came in and the visiting team just gave up. Especially when they showed CMC walking to the locker room. I know he's a true competitor and was actually injured, but I immediately thought of Ricky Williams just throwing in the towel and going to the showers early to get out of the cold. Being at that "Let it snow!" game is one of my all time favorite Bills memories. -

Rex Ryan said the same thing on GetUp!, again. So it definitely isnt just a homer take.
