  1. Ok, 4 questions... How much $$$ vs the Bills never winning a SB in your lifetime? How much $$$ vs the Bills definitely not winning one this year? (can still win in future, just not this year) How much $$$ vs a guaranteed SB victory this year? (if you take the $, they could still win this year or in the future, just not guaranteed)? How much of YOUR OWN $$$ would you pay out of pocket to guarantee a Bills SB win? For me... 1. $100M+ 2. $50k (but might be convinced for less) 3. Maybe $500k. 4. I'd write a check for $5k-$10k out of my own pocket if it meant a guaranteed Bills SB win this year. Maybe more considering I'd get it in with my dad still alive, etc
  2. The flip side of this question is: How much $$ would it take if it meant the Bills wouldnt win a Super Bowl (only) this year? "For the rest of my life" would take $100M, but for just this season, I'd probably sell out the team and my friends and family for like... $50k. Mayyyybe even $10k.
  3. Yeah, the guaranteeing that theyll never win in my lifetime is a big one. Would have to be above my "magic number" of $10M. Enough to change my lifestyle to a point where I dont care about or even watch football anymore. So probably closer to $100M.
  4. A Super Bowl they got smoked in, and an AFCCG they got smoked in. Bills fans are used to all that already. Nothing new or exciting there.
  5. Almost no players are being suspended or fined before their trial plays out. As a matter of fact, I'd be willing to say none are. The league usually takes heat for the opposite; letting guys play after charges are pressed. Araiza is one of the only few examples because his situation occurred before he was an NFL player and therefore wasnt under league protection/process of being able to put him on any reserved list.
  6. Apparently not rookie contracts and not this type of clause. Super shady for the Bengals to try to slide this in like this and not as part of the CBA. Especially if Stewart has no trouble in his past.
  7. This is a big one for me personally. Grew up on the Beach Boys. Seeing them every June at the Bisons game was a tradition for my family, some GREAT times at those concerts. The whole crowd "swimming" together to the songs. John Stamos showing up with them in like 88 or 89, when Kokomo was on the charts. One year the concert sync'ed up with my Birthday weekend and my parents got me a Happy Birthday message on the scoreboard at Pilot Field that went up while the Beach Boys were playing. Then moving into their deeper stuff as an adult and really getting into the musicianship and songwriting. RIP Brian. Hope you are at peace, and enjoying your brothers again.
  8. Honestly asking because I havent googled: what is the story with shemar stewart? he already get in trouble before?
  9. He's made enough money to be able to ride off into the sunset. This turd milked every dollar out of the nepotistic old boys coaching club. Good for him, but he should never have another job in the NFL again. He should end up doing yard work and coaching his kids pop warner team.
  10. Not only their star veteran DE holding out, but also their 2025 1ST ROUND PICK, as the Bengals FO tries to nickel and dime and screw players out of money. A ROOOKIE going at the FO like this before camp even starts, and before he even has any contract signed! Bengals are asking him to put clauses in his contract about giving back GUARANTEED money if he is cut. No rookie has ever been asked to do that. Plus, that makes it NOT GUARANTEED. Frickin Mike Brown...
  11. Reality and accuracy isnt what Sooner is going for there. He is saying he would punish our own star player by feeding him so many reps he will likely get injured or wear himself down, therefore tanking his chances at a payday next year. Some real sick stuff.
  12. No doubt. Any food that is so processed, over 20-30 years, that process is gonna change. @Not at the table Karlos and I took this discussion to the PMs so we could really dig in, and I agree when he says they are more "airy". I think they used to be a little thicker/heartier. If that makes sense.
  13. The only thing Bills fans like more than winning is complaining. So that sounds about right.
  14. I'm having some right now, and they seem to be just as "good" as always. 🤷‍♂️
  15. This is why I love you. All time GOAT snack. Have half a bag sitting in the pantry as well. But Spector aint worth parting with my Hot Fries. You can keep him.
  16. Original, but I can go up to an unopen bag of sw seasoning if you're willing to send a 6th round pick with Spector. (And yes, the pretzels are therefore more valuable than Spector)
  17. I've got a 2028 7th round pick and half an open bag of Dot's Pretzels.
  18. Great comparison and question. I think Pacheco being a 7th round pick, like other late picks Benford and Shakir, may be more willing to sign a team-friendly deal than 2nd rounder and college National Champion Cook. I also think the Chiefs will be willing to pay Pacheco what he is after considering, like the Bills, they do not have a high-priced WR on the roster. And while they will look to extend Rice, who knows how that plays out with his legal troubles. So a similar skill-position situation to the Bills as well. If your MVP QBs (Allen and Mahomes) can automatically make your JAG WRs better and help carry the passing game. As they should since they are taking up 20% of cap space, then IMO, RB is the next best skills place to invest to help your QB. The threat of a real running attack releases that pressure on the passing game. Brings down those high safeties that have been used to try to stop Mahomes and Josh. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I'm so over this "50% snaps, 2-down back" arguement. Even at 50% of the snaps, the only player on Offense that touched the ball more than Cook was Josh. Cook had 207 carries and 32 receptions. He had the ball 239 times. He accounted for 1267 yards and 18 TDs. Shakir, who just got $15M/yr, and just had his best year yet, had 78 total touches, 825 yds, and 4 TDs. Roughly 1/3 Cook's total production depending how you want to look at it. Rousseau, who just got $20M/yr is on a regular rotation. Cook sees the field and touches the ball far more than either of them.
  19. Not my comparison. These are the names often brought up by folks saying both those players are much better than Cook so therefore Cook shouldnt get paid. So youre kinda making my point for me. When you compare Cook's age/wear and tear/and athletic ability to the geriatric RB and the injured one-hit wonder, he is absolutely worth that money (relative to the market).
  20. Agreed. Although if it means making 3 Super Bowls in 4 years and winning 1 or 2 of them... then they totally worked and you eat those tough years while basking in the Lombardi afterglow. I think most of us would take that.
  21. Yeah, crazy amount of void years imo. I dont even count them in my discussions because I think they can do more damage than good in the long run, unless you get a new, new deal in place. But to that end, we could use one void year, and then a 4/$60M extension becomes 5/$60M and more in range with that $12M number so many fans are stuck on. And by then the cap will be well north of $300M, so we either get a new, new deal in place by then or just eat the void for 1 year.
