  1. McD gets no credit for firing Dorsey. Dorsey didnt come with Josh from California, McD brought Dorsey with him from Carolina. McD hired him as QB coach in 2019 after Dorsey spent 2 year on the couch with no one else hiring him. McD is the head coach who made the OC hire (with the thumbs up of his franchise QB, nothing more). McD fired Dorsey to buy himself some more time in his own job. That is it.
  2. And even when we're rolling, we rarely have any real lead because McD likes to keep it close. We just let teams hang around and hang around and then our D cant get the stop.
  3. Still havent lost anything since they are defiitely wasted by sticking with McD.
  4. Your stats mean nothing. I watch the losses as they happen and McD is blowing it in real time. And there couldnt be a less precise stat to judge anything off of than overall wins and losses. That wasnt a reply to you. There were 2 posts quoted in that. Yours and another.
  5. I didnt realize the team plane had such good wifi, Sean.
  6. Absolute fireable offense, let alone from the "13 seconds" guy (who also saw the Chiefs do the SAME THING week 7 last year with 16 seconds left).
  7. Nervous about what? Not winning against the Cowboys in a couple weeks in a lost season? I dont think anyone is saying to make it a multi-year deal. But might as well make him interim now and see how it goes. McD's already blown the year. Two losers.
  8. The Bills have a lot of talent. It's even more obvious when watching other teams. But that talent hasnt been developed or used properly, and usually put in bad positions to fail, all by our play-not-to-lose Head Clapper. And Free Agents are always expensive overpays. It's a risk you have to take when rounding out the roster. And I give Beane credit for setting us up to go into each draft without a ton of holes, and with plenty of flexibility. Guys like Floyd, D Jones, Morse, McGovern, etc have all been worth their contracts. The GM aint the problem.
  9. Season is done anyways. Why not?
  10. you've seen enough offseasons around here to know that aint true!
  11. I'm not so worried about it. The Cap is a myth, and there are plenty of tricks and levers to pull. We'll be cutting a bunch of old contracts this offseason; White, Poyer, Morse, Harty, gives us over $24M alone. None of those will be too difficult to replace.
  12. Now 4 since we restructured him this year and kicked more gauranteed money down the road. Stuck with him for 2 more years now.
  13. lol some of these post-loss threads are wild.
  14. I'm in the minority but I'm not going to bash Davis on these one-off plays. He does a lot more good than bad, and is not even close to the top of our List of Problems. He was fine when he caught the go-ahead TD with 1:50 remaining, and just needing our D to get a stop. I dont think we should give him a big 2nd contract, but I'm not making him my whipping boy over these small things. McDermott has more than earned that title.
  15. He is literally the anti-Tomlin. The Steelers have nothing, no QB, still squeezing out wins and in the playoffs. McD has everything he could wish for and keeps losing dumb, close games because he doesnt know when to put a foot on the opponents throat.
  16. They arent put in positions to win. As evidenced by all the situational losses (having 12 men on a fg block, etc). As evidenced by the poor game planning (until Brady showed up for the O). Coach has to go.
  17. He's worse than McD. Out with the old and soft. Need some young gen z energy in the building.
  18. Slowick and Johnson are the more obvious options. There arent any Pedersons or Paytons hanging around anymore. I'm a big NO on Harbaugh, and I dont think Bienemy is making it out of Washington. I dont know anything about those guys personally, but I do know that McD is a loser, so I'll try anyone rather than waste another one of Josh's precious years on McD.
  19. Really curious to know what it wouldve looked like with Brady calling the plays the entire year. Dude called a pretty great game. That last regulation drive was magnificent. Probably wouldnt matter much since our Defensive Coordinator/HC cant get a stop. Only silver lining is if these types of losses are opening Pegula's eyes as to what needs to be done in the offseason. 🤞
  20. I dont expect him to actually even try to bend a corner until the playoffs. For whatever that means to anyone.
  21. first, appropriate screen name. but more importantly does the board censor the word... ***** lol it does
  22. Kinda, yes. But at the same time, Edmunds just left in FA. We were going into camp with only Milano, and then a bunch of question marks. Across our entire LB unit. We were and are far better off at Safety and WR than LB from just a numbers game.
  23. The very CB we were trying to draft, and the one we should have gotten before the panic pick. Even with Beane's good grades now, they would have been even better had he just been able to pull off McDuffie instead of Elam.
  24. So more and more looking like just another day in Niagara Falls, US.
