  1. what kind of name is urban anyway what, did he name his kids rural and suburban
  2. im ready to give fitz a long term contract if the bills end up having the chance to draft a big time franchise qb then great, do it but he plays behind fitz for at least a season if not two otherwise either dont bother picking a qb at all, or take somebody later and give levi the boot fitz is good enough to be deserving of our confidence. imho
  3. im a little surprised since i thought albany was as big on the bills as they are on the jests and giants, but i can see why the interest in the bills is down compared to those teams and i was at that browns game last year - worst. game. in. the. history. of. sports. history. you. can. tell. by. all. the. periods. period.
  4. so many guys are just total ass holes that way. then again modern females arent much better tbh. i feel like im part of a different species when i see that kind of ****
  5. i think its a great idea to try to get this guy while we're at it, lets see if we can add big ben, lawrence phillips, oj, and rae carruth!
  6. the game it too antiseptic from in those big boxes i actually prefer the small private boxes with the sliding windows. you can sit inside and yet have open air access to the stadium. if i ever win the lottery im buying one of those. otherwise, sit outside
  7. yes but he has the heart of a redneck
  8. the kelsay number is an agent marketing scheme, he will never recieve twenty four mil. he is paid like an average nfl de, nothing more "In dollars and cents, the Kelsay deal makes sense. He reportedly got a $2 million bonus up front and a few hundred grand added to his 2010 salary so that the Bills could retain his services beyond this season without committing too much money long-term. Kelsay’s base salary for next season is $2 million, a meager sum for a starting linebacker. Beyond that, his base salary is about $3.5 million per year. It’s doubtful that much, if any, of the future money is guaranteed. The $24 million is an agent-inflated figure that includes incentives unlikely to be earned, and bonuses that could facilitate the contract being terminated early." http://tonawanda-news.com/buffalobills/x1864897670/An-endorsement-of-losing-by-extension
  9. i will root for the bills to win while the game is going on but when its over i wont mind at all if they lose. every draft slot matters and wins at this point are virtually meaningless with that in mind, these games will be an excellent resource for gailey to figure out who can play and who cant. yeah our lbs have pretty much sucked all season, but if they can find a good backup or two for that unit out of these games that will be very valuable come next season and man would it be awesome to pull off an upset over the cheats or jets with this roster. i can dream cant i
  10. it seems like this ir parade happens to the bills every season i thought the new two headed trainer was supposed to stop this from happening its not a playoff season and most of the guys going are scrubs so its not much of an issue for this season but i sure hope it doesnt go this way next year when the team is trying to fulfill my prediction of making the postseason
  11. oh yeah people arent gonna get mad over that at all
  12. bill buckner owns the red sox?
  13. i find this slightly offensive
  14. yes, yes it is
  15. the point of course and as has been for several years now, is that kelsay has always been an average platoon containment/combo de who last season blossomed into an above average undisputed four down combo de worthy of starting for most teams in the nfl however, once he got that overpaid extension it started building a wave of irrationality among bills fans who made him the latest target of their transferred frustration and wanted to run him out of town sure the lb experiment was a failure, but it served to only amplify the ignorance of what anyone could see the player had become last season if they werent seething at their unresolveable and actually unsupportable ralph-is-cheap mantra with an incident where ralph was overly-anti-cheap when he probably shouldnt have been bottom line: kelsay was playing ball worthy of his contract all last season, yet almost nobody noticed. hes now playing even better de ball and the number of fans who are totally shocked at this, not to mention the ones that still want to run him out of town, is pretty hilarious the guy loves this team, plays his ass off, has a fantastic infectious attitude, has been making de plays for two seasons now, and ... ah he sucks
  16. whoops - i mistakenly swapped the l/rde's. obviously the lt/rde is the usual sack focused positions, but the rest of the logic holds im not gonna edit it as a protest to that little edit message that is still set on immediate instead of five minutes as someone brilliant once suggested nicely but got nuthin but a raspberry
  17. for those of you interested in the facts i will be happy to supply them for you. for those who just want to continue to irrationally bash kelsay in an overt attempt to project your feelings of nfl inadequacy onto an undeserving patsy like you did guys like reuben brown, glenn parker, and others then please continue making a fool of yourself lets review the fax, hmmm: - kelsay got paid way too much in his first extension, lets just admit that. even he was surprised by the amount. dont know wth the bills were doing there but its not his fault they gave him too much dough - the containment DE is a valid nfl position. you are not paid cuz you get lots of sacks. you get paid cuz youre a decent end who does everything else they ask of you reasonably well. most fans have absolutely no idea that a de who doesnt pile up sacks can still be quite valuable - kelsay started out slowly, platooning with denny who was a little better than kelsay against the run. kelsay was more of a combo DE who was a little better against the pass. denny also played RDE while kelsay did not, where denny got most of his sacks against weaker tackles - kelsay had his best season at DE last year ('09) and was arguably one of the bills best players. although he didnt see a massive jump in his stats, it was in no uncertain terms his breakout season as an above average starting combo DE - the extension kelsay got recently was CEREMONIAL - if you look at the numbers he got almost NO RAISE just a measely 2mil bonus which is chickenshit for a starting nfl de. frankly im real surprised he accepted it as he could have gone to ANY TEAM and made more. so it appears to me he did the incredible and actually gave some of the previous fkn money back!! - he is now paid like an average starting nfl DE - for whatever reason they didnt want him to go right to playing DE in the 3-4 so he took one for the team and tried his hand at OLB. he sucked. bad. and they abandoned that experiment after seven games - since then he has gone back to exactly the pattern he exhibited last season at DE - except hes getting even MORE consistent pressure on the qb - everybody on the team loves him cuz he is a consummate professional and he has maintained the perfect attitude throughout all the crap he and the team has had to deal with so really when somebody says kelsay: - got paid so hes coasting - was never any good - has been lucky to start the past few years - isnt worth the money hes being paid - isnt a valuable leader - sucks ... the only rational conclusion is YOU HAVE GONE COMPLETELY INSANE!! and love terrorists so rules judge meathead, so it shall be
  18. watching with my eyes both those guys have played pretty well lately so has kelsay, since hes gone back to a three pt stance. he was an animal against the bengals ha animal. and was a noticeable factor all day against detriot, and i mean that in a good way. hes a different guy when he knuckles fieldturf, slightly above average for a starter overall but thats miles ahead of the lb experiment
  19. technically doesnt cup o noodles count? that wouldnt be so bad but you have to eat only the square brick ones - and only one flavor. i vote it be the shrimp ones cuz they get gross after a while yeah i like genny cream. and it doesnt give me the screamers like it does some people. genny beer in a can does that to me but not from a keg no **** i mean no foolin. twelve horse was a good beer i wonder if they still make that. honey brown was pretty good too
  20. as far as bills who were dominating talents id have to go with OJ as #1 and Bruce as #1b. both those guys were just so much better than everyone around them. too bad they both are total jerks OJs talents were obvious, he made defenses look like bad actors in movies where they are pretending to tackle the guy but cant touch him. but Bruces talents were a little less overt, you sometimes had to watch closely to see exactly how superhuman he was. he had this one move where he would pick up the blocker and throw him to the side using it as a counterweight to hurl himself to the qb in a split second. it was unreal. i used to sit in the endzones and just watch him with the binocs, then go home and watch it on tape to confirm i really saw what i just saw i loved jimbo and he would be #3 but he wasnt in the same class as those two. maybe peyton manning is but jimbo was just short of that imo
  21. a few seasons ago i promised that if the bills beat the cheats i would stand on the corner of big tree and southwestern naked with a cheats flag stuck up my butt i cant remember the exact game but i do remember sweating out the last few minutes
  22. i consider myself somewhat of a casual expert on race issues and i have to agree, color doesnt appear to be a factor with nfl quarterbacks to me either they all look the same to me anyway. quarterbacks i mean
