  1. The Flutie moment was good, but I prefer the one when Kelly dove in the endzone to beat the fish in Miami. The commentators were doing their wrapup of Miami's "victory" and the Bills snatched it away. The goalposts coming down was probably the best though.
  2. I don't know him, but dude is obviously no Bible scholar
  3. I think the greatest of all time was Bruce Smith in Madden on my old Super Nintendo. He got a sack on almost every defensive play, but now that I think about it, Thurman was puttin up 500-600 yards rushing in some of those games. Man I loved that game.
  4. That's asanine. Go ride 140 miles tommorrow with all the water you want and try another post. Trust me, everyone in the race was aware of his presence, and he was the guy to beat, but he still smoked the rest of the field. I rode 13 miles the other day, and i was pretty tired. Armstrong is an amazing athelete. The best of all time? I just don't know, but he certainly is top 10.
  5. I think 28 was my best. The other mini golf at addictinggames.com is pretty cool too. Has anybody tried it?
  6. Can't you prove your relationship to grandma? Claim the money!
  7. I loved Waterworld, and the Postman. I think Costner just ticked off the wrong people or something. I guess I just like sucky movies, because I thought Far and Away was good, and Roadhouse was on my recent list of movies that I would watch any time anywhere.
  8. If kids/pets get into the D-Con just consider it a lesson learned. I'm joking, I'm joking!
  9. At buffalo bills.com they are having a contest for one of three ladies to sing the anthem at a game. www.buffalobills.com/fans/billsanthemidol.jsp It struck me funny because I kept reading "Bills and the Midol" and thought "What the heck is that supposed to mean?" For the record I voted for Kayleen Follman. I don't know any of them, but she seemed to be the best.
  10. Yeah, like people remember O.J. Simpson of the 49ers, Joe Montana of the Chiefs, of Better yet (it still makes me taste puke in the back of my throat) Thurman Thomas of the Dolphins. I think people will forget the short stint. Didn't Joe Ferguson do a short stint with Indy? One more Michael Jordan of the Wizards. That guy sucked!
  11. I was at that game, but don't remember the play. Must have been in the third quarter when I was in the infirmary regaining the feeling in my toes. I remember Tasker grabbing a real low kickoff and returning it.
  12. Cat Squirrel Possum Woodchuck Coon Skunk (unfortunately) Big toads (a fun game to play after a nice rainstorm) Chipmunk (with my bicycle on the Allegany River Valley Trail)
  13. A good old fashioned snipe hunt. Tie the zipper ends of his tent flaps shut.
  14. I'd rather give myself a vasectomy with a butter knife.
  15. Just stick to acting. Don't try to educate us. For heaven's sake don't run for office. Just entertain us.
  16. We are hearing alot about his preparation. I hope he is not overdoing it. I think we have all experienced a moment in our lives where we wanted to excel, and poured ourselves into getting ready only too push it to far and freeze up at the big moment. The pressure on this kid is intense. I want to believe, but there are too many Todd Marinovich, Ryan Leaf, Todd Collins, Rob Johnson, etc. stories out there. The unknown is a killer. Right now he's a lump of coal, and the pressures coming. I hope we get a diamond.
  17. Sheeeeeeeeeeesh!!! Relax for a weekend huh. Enjoy your explosives .
  18. That's small potatoes. All I have to do is e-mail some guy in Saudi Arabia my bank account information and hes gonna make me some dead guy's legal heir and deposit a cool 60 mil. in my account. I am so glad that he chose me!!!!!!!!
  19. Yeah, and this happened over the course of the last 5 years. I am amazed at the power of a sitting president to encat policy so quickly that it destroys the economy in a matter of months. W barely had his hand off the Bible being sworn in and people started blaming him for the recession. He has to be the single handed worst presidnet in history, simply because he is running all over the country changing the prices at gas stations. I curse his name every time I go to the pump. I refuse to believe that any other president, or congress for that matter had anything to due with the current circumstances in our country. Hillary, please save us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Could you please provide documentation of this quote in it's context? Not that I doubt your word, but the overwhelming evidence in historical documentation is that the founding fathers were "Christian" men, Thomas Jefferson himself was, if not a Christian, was a Theist who at a minimum believed that God existed and had a role to play in the life of our nation. Where are his objections to the religious language in our early historical documents? If you do not like the fact that the United States was founded by a group of Christian people, that is fine, but examine the totality of their quotes and writings, and do not try to turn them into atheists or agnostics. The evidence of history supports the idea that the United States was formed as a Christian nation. Why do the Supreme court justices sit beneath a carving of Moses? Why has the phrase "In God we trust" been on our money for as long as any of us can remember? Why in our courts do we put our hands on the Bible? Why are our presidents sworn in on a Bible, (Incidentally, the same Bible Geo. Washington used)? Why do they pray to open congress? Why do "We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal, and are endowed by their creator with certain in inalienable rights"? Why did we have those ten commandments monuments in the first place? I have visited many sites that proclaim that our founding fathers were not "Christians" and give historical quotes to prove their point. Most of these quotes are taken out of context. As members of churches, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, etc. criticized the religious establisment of the day. What these sites fail to consider is the many historically documented statements of belief of these men. Consider Benjamin Franklin's epitaph, penned by his own hand... "THE BODY of BENJAMIN FRANKLIN Printer Like the cover of an old book, Its contents torn out, And stripped of its lettering and gilding Lies here, food for worms; Yet the work itself shall not be lost, For it will (as he believed) appear once more, In a new, And more beautiful edition, Corrected and amended By the AUTHOR"
  21. I'm guessing much like the burning you will feel during urination.
  22. If the PETA people really cared, the would have used a giant propane grill.
