  1. Do you think the Bills will turn it around and start a win streak next week at home against the Dolphins? Choice Votes Yes 547 (34%) No 1071 (66%)
  2. And yet not only did you read it, you responded?
  3. Great. Our current O line with a few bargain basement free agents plus a few more lightning fast college kickoff return men. Super Bowl here we come!
  4. His pass to Jason Craft was perfect. Nice touch. Hit him right in stride. Just kidding. I have been pretty disgusted over the last three, but am not willing to throw the baby out with the bathwater. JP reminds me of someone who studues so hard before a test, that he gets nervous and chokes...freezes up when he actually gets into the test itself. I may be way off base, but I think the only problem is between the kids ears. I am still hoping SW can get through to him. I don't think I would have benched him today, and I think you have to let him play out the season, or try to make a trade now. Holcombe doesn't look like too great a backup at present, let alone our franchise guy to build around. Do or Die JP's our guy...Hey that would chant pretty well at the stadium "Do or Die JP's our Guy" everybody now...
  5. NFL games are won and lost by big plays. WE don't have anyone making big plays right now. Why the heck did McGee slow down on the retun and start looking back? Willis is solid, and putting up nice numbers, but is not dominating. LT can single handedly win games for San Diego, and although I like Willis, he is no LT. We don't have a quarterback on the team. We knew going in that the defense would need to be dominant, and probably score some points. Have they forced a turnover since the Houston game? Speaking of Houston, they get my vote for worst team in the league, but we are not far behind. It is amazing to me how you can have so much potential, but be such a poor team. Disarray is a good word for where we art at right now.
  6. We need to keep a close eye on the Chargers situation.
  7. I don't know, I thought Holcombe looked pretty sharp out there today. (roll eyes smiley would be nice right here.)
  8. It is surely something I have not seen, but I am hoping for it in a big way. Hoping this will be the week something clicks in JP's head, and he lights it up. Hoping the D starts forcing turnovers again. Hoping they can keep McCallister under 100 yds. Hpoing the Bills can cross the goal line.
  9. I'll take option 3. Geez if we can't have a SB win, can we at least make the playoffs from time to time?
  10. C'mon man. This may be the only thing we win for a while.
  11. Here's one example. True, he hasn't turned it over, but not for lack of trying. I'm not a JP hater. I am hpoing beyond hope that something clicks in his head, his vision of the field improves, and he calms down and starts to throw the ball more accurately. That being said it is just an observation. He is one lucky kid that he hasn't thrown for some td's the other way.
  12. I have read several posts that have pointed out that even though he is inaccurate JP has not been throwing many interceptions. This may be a flawed perception, because JP is just darned lucky many of the potential INT's have been dropped. What is your opinion?
  13. I guess I was pointing more at MM than Mickey, and with a re-read I just Noticed the "fig leaf" statement. If Mularkey thinks he's fooling anybody, well thats just...Mularkey! (sorry) Either way the point I was making is that its kinda stupid to try to hide something that is fairly obvious to everybody. Be it injury status, his game plan, or player substitutions the man rarely gives a straight answer.
  14. Two very good questions, and after Tampa I was thinking, "tear it wide open and just let the kid play" too, but he seems to have a huge problem with accuracy. In the current offense the only thing that has kept JP from having alot of INT's is the inability of defensive players to catch the ball. If he starts throwing as poorly as he has been throwing into secondaries, we are in even bigger trouble. That being the case, I think your best question is where are the TE's?
  15. Great diversion by MM. He is a genius. You figured it out on your own, but other NFL coaches will not be able to.
  16. They are head to head. I'm leaning toward Brady. What's your take?
  17. I'm not sure that I understand this logic. Did the NFL institute a rule that requires us to keep all of the current defensive players, and prohibits us from trying to improve both sides of the ball at the same time?
