and i don't want this to devolve into the same argument we have had for the last 6 months...but I think the effort last night is not a great look for Housley.. he has underachieved with this group..talent is there, something else is missing that this type of effort is rarely given...for most teams its the opposite..back to back..6 in 9 ...you are going to get some poor efforts over the course of the season..but it should be the exception and not the rule

i know I am ancient..but why for the love of god to people send pictures like this??? I am no expert, but even using Snap those things can be saved. Rule to live by ..." Dont tweet your meat" Daughter gets it to..from an incident that occurred at their high school

no, that is 4 figures, and would be well past significant for me!!! Lest just say my mortgage is safe for the month LOL. I had a feeling they would play a good, tight game last night, and they did. But damn, nothing can go right for this team. Heard Jeremy a while back say that while the numbers pointed to them not being all that good in the first half of the year..the numbers also point to them not being this bad, like awful bad in March.

Think it more an indictment on Phil than an endorsement of Teddy..but the point pace since the last game of the streak is almost the exact same as the Teddy Tank team...so I am guessing had he come mid-season as an interim, on a team with talent.., Sabres might have actually played some meaningful games in March

this is spot on. Hamilton was an insane rush to buy a couple of years back in DC...and people spent big money on the secondary market once they were "sold out" six months before the run in DC started. We bought face value seats form the Kennedy Center Box Office online about a few days before the show we wanted to go to, and there were plenty in all price ranges. Cant remember exactly but think we paid $250 for our seats, and they were selling for like $750 on stub hub.

let me tell you, the most awesome fundraiser I was ever at was for my brother. Man, i can't tell you what that was like..the women who organized that thing were unbelievable. Every single 50/50 got donated back...and there were plenty. None of the auction things went back though..a few us bought stuff for his boys so they had a remembrance of the day. But my brother coached every team any of his kids were ever on..and with 5 boys who all played hockey and baseball, that was a ton of teams and a ton of kids and parents who loved him. My only real contribution was to have several cases of beer in the truck as the church would not allow us to serve alcohol for liability sake. Anybody wanted a beer, I had em just go out to the truck and drink away! But we raised almost $85K that day, and let me tell you that money has been sorely needed over the last 6 years. Just in case ya need a good story for today https://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/prep-rally/baseball-player-takes-part-team-big-comeback-win-195711408.html
