there is no doubt the economy is slowing..hence lower interest rates hence more incentive to buy homes. Housing starts about the same under Trump as they were under Obama... BTW, I am a Love Canal baby, and we needed to move my senior year in high school...Big part of the reason we bout the house we did was mortgage was locked in at 9% and was assumable...market rates were close to 18%. Think about that, 18% mortgage rates...wow!!!

Hard with dogs..our first puppy as a couple got parvo...doc was like 50/50 she pulls through if we treat, and it was like $1500. It was a very hard decision, but we made it..so I get what you are going through.No right or no wrong answer...you will do what's best, you just will. I am just back from the vet myself with a 3 yr old with a torn ACL. Even that is tough to justify what it is going to cost to get that sucker fixed. Problem is doc says better than 50/50 chance he will blow the left one as well...my dogs live for their daily run in the woods, can't take that away from him...but damn this is a lot of money

For most, it does not work that way..make $60K, you think you would be set at $150K. Make $150K, think you would be set at $500K. Make $800K, think everything would be great if you could just make $2m..human nature..for the most part. I hope what they do what has proven to be successful at VCU..and always hire someone who has worked here and understands the "havoc" system. Couple of things here. I do believe in human effected climate change. I am not opposed to trying to find solutions. I also believe most of the recycling is a net negative. I also believe electric cars currently are a net negative. In terms of electric cars not paying for roads, when McDonnell was governor here in VA he saw this coming..tried to eliminate the gas tax, or at least add surcharges to alternative fuel vehicles to cover road usage... and prevent them from being in the HOV lanes. And this woman is a little more impressive than I thought she would be. I am in no way advocating for the Green New Deal..but I thought she would embarrass herself when she spoke..and I was wrong

I don't care downtown OP, roof, no roof..i only want a couple of things 1) Not a huge middle ring of the stadium three stories of suites. I like sitting in the upper deck, and the stadiums that do this like Gillette and Fed -Ex just suck . 2) Standing Room spots. I would prefer assigned/ticketed standing room spots so you can go tot he potty, grab a beer etc and not lose your place. Someplaces do this and it is awesome 3) A decent beer selection Thats it, and i am happy

Just think about this. They essentially were shut out in back to back games against the tje worst team in the league and a bottom 4 team. 1 regulation win in what ,,, 13 games ? Outside the streak , Sabres are now officially the worst team in the league in terms of point percentage. Yes, below Ottawa. O have to do the math but since the streak this team might be giving the tank team a run for their money on point percentage. Think about that. Eichel, Skinner, Dahlin, Risto, Sammy, Okposo, and a supposed real coach with a real system is as bad as a team intentionally set up to lose. Wow.

So am I . But I think that first Sunday night game Cleveland Vs Brady will pull huge ratings guaranteed, and not risk Cleveland blowing up, and think CBS will want Pats/Chiefs for one of the 4:20 slots in December to pull huge ratings and boost the rating for Sunday afternoons.

i think that goes into a a prime Sunday afternoon spot a little later in the season. Week 1 draws great ratings no matter what, and i thnk they will save that game for a huge ratings pull iin the solo afternoon slot.

Have not watched a game in a while...appears to be a nice night to sit on the porch, build a fire, and watch the Sabres during commercials of some women's game that is blowout and I know nothing about...and still be more entertaining than the Sabres

woooooo,,,they got Ultraman coming on! Anyone of my age remember watching the original Ultraman on CH 29 after school in the early 70s? We had to watch on the small B=W TV in my parent's bedroom as the B+W TV in the family room did not get UHF stations LOL.
