Yep..gave up a good 10 games back or so..i did somewhat check in on the Leafs game.... I like watching the post-game though so the auto record is still happening. One could see this team was dead in the water in January. My o my, where does this team go next year if Skinner bolts? Duchene i guess is an option for 2C..but prollly too much money there. Breadman ain't coming if the rumors true he wants big city and Ocean. Pay the dude in CA to rig the lottery like he rigged SATs? On a serious note..season tickets below 10K next year? Have to think that. I can see average crowds in November and December next year of 12K, except for Bills doubleheader weekends. And Terry gonna push hard for those, as he did this year. I cant see crowds coming back in force until the Sabres are firmly in playoff position in February. Fool me once effect will be in full force, even if they have another good start.

Lets hope we play the Browns before Halloween!

good point!

hopefully, Ziggys offer just went down considerably

I was prolly not as clear as I should have been, that's on me. What I meant is that in order for the Sabres to find a trade partner for Risto, the other team needs to have an old school GM who believes the Eye test is worth more than the story told by the analytics. Risto untradeable to a guy like Dubas in TO. And I have no idea why you would not offer sheet players. I would think there are going to be more than a few this year..and what do you have to lose if you are GMJB. He gets fired next year if they don't make the playoffs..so who cares at that point. https://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/brian-burke-offer-sheets-william-nylander-trading-chris-pronger/

when I was right of college, I would drive from the District go crabbing in the morning in the South River in Annapolis and bring crabs to summer parties..they were free except for the chicken necks used as bait! Back then could get half a bushel in about 90 minutes...and everyone was happy

and Gug is still jealous of your stuff

Thats the rub..who still thinks he is a good defenseman? We need an old school GM you does not believe in Analytics and still like a "physical D Man who doles out hits"..and does not look at expected goals for and against when he is on the ice, possession numbers, high danger chances etc..all areas Risto is just plain awful. I can't see Tampa taking him....but their D is old and unsigned for next year and they are up against the cap, so maybe they would. I could see Bergevin maybe taking him. I dont know who else would..his numbers are just that bad. I say you offer Point at the $10M, which is simply two firsts, a second and a third...and structure it a 4 year deal so he is hitting UFA again at 27..if he doesn't take it at least we hurting Tampa cap. Same with Marner if that does not work with Point..if he stays put the screws to the Leafs. Enough of being friendly..and yep, you gunna have to face the music when #26 hits RFA..but this team needs is desperate..they need to do something to jump start this thing , especially if Housley starts next year behind the bench

King Crab way to go over snow crab..way easier. And for a guy with your money, extra expense no worries. I do make a great shrimp and corn chowder...made for the Monday Nighter last year

that is one scary as fudge article. As we are getting nearer to having to wade into health insurance once we are done working..hopefully in a year or two..guess this could affect us. The weird thing is I would have so many contradictory pieces of info I would probably break their data set. Likes to gamble, bill at the Total Wine is WAY more than a normal person, downsized a house( have no clue why that is a risk factor) , colonscopies ever 3 years... but runs half ironmans and marathons and has not been ill in over a decade...hmm
-
Damn, i was trying to remember who that was..thank you! Still my one really big criticism of McDermott. Getting absolutely blasted by the Colts, and with 5 minutes to go in game still had his defensive starters out there, and Murphy in particular coming off the kneee injury and struggling with groin problems..and Murphy gets hurt with about 3 minutes to go in that game. Football coaches can be real stubborn sometimes.

Is Poyer giving up his jersey # to Gore?
plenzmd1 replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think that is a real concern. Heard the other day if an NBA player changes his number while still on the same team, he has to buy the entire stock of his number available in the NBA store. Looking for a link, then sawt his...maybe players getting cut etc now not an inhibitor to buying a jersey? https://www.cbsnews.com/news/nba-jersey-of-the-future-all-star-technology-summit-today-2019-02-15/ -
wow, that i did not know! I mean i always understood why all my click-through ads are either gambling or boobie related...hmm, prolly not good for insurance rates either

It amazes me that @Chef Jim would think any one gives a fig about his ride to airport. I got a feelin Chef told him which way to go, and drive gave him ? , and said I ain’t need no stinkin advice!
