I don’t believe the sky has fallen under any president outside of Carter and Nixon. And I don’t think it will even if we get 6 more years of Trump. We are too great a country for one guy to pull that off I think. And as brief as I can be in phone...while i do agree with Trump on many things, as an example that immigration is an issue that needs to be addressed ,,, I think he is so derisive , and that he sees that quality as the reason he won and as a strength politically that issues and compromises just cannot be made. I think his ego gets in the way of getting deals done that benefit our country both domestically and with other countries. And the complete inability to tell the truth on any subject is a true character flaw that I think hurts this country in innumerable ways.

On the other hand, my sister, who is a controller for a decent sized entity, misunderstood the tax cuts and actually upped her deductions cause she always gets a refund and did not want to loan even more money to the gov. She truly was almost in tears the other night when she realized she needed to stroke a $5K check instead of a decent size refund...was sad to hear from someone who should have understood. BTW, she was an avid Trump supporter who is not quite happy with him now and has said she will not vote for 2020...which makes a little good come out of a bad situation?

Agreed Agree here too. I want Trump out, and I think best way for that to happen is to let the focus become on his record...all of this stuff is just helping keep his base energized.

@GG, i am not debating the fact she received a visa ..but to state as @Deranged Rhino has that the Visa was issued strictly so she could be used to set up Trump is a far far leap. Correlation/causation/ coincidence type thing . Again, I may be missing it, but do we have any idea on why the visa was granted etc? Not sure if that type of stuff is ever made publically available

unless I am missing it, that says nothing about a link to a Trump meeting and her ability to be in the country starting in June ..and she had been granted parole 3 other times, and had that Prevezon trial stuff too..

maybe not the right thread, but I can find evidence linking that meeting to this visa. She did have 3 other "pardons" and she did testify in another trial on the trip when the Trump Tower meeting took place. So you have to prove to me with some evidence that she was granted this "pardon" for this "entrapment" meeting. I generally agree in one sense..if you break the law but had no intent to do so, you still broke the law. However, if i intend to hack a computer, but just cant get in, it is still breaking the law no?

To be clear, i am not saying the economy is not doing well.. But this job market has been predicted for the last 10 years, its a simple generation thing. Boomers are retiring at a faster pace than there is people to replace them. I have been selling HR solutions since at least 2012 stressing the "war for talent" is a real thing, especially in skilled jobs. And it is only going to get worse over the next 7-10 years. As an example, Deloitte says in the next 6 years, 2M jobs in manufacturing will go unfilled because of the shortage of skilled labor to fill the roles. Really whoever is in office is going to have great job numbers..simple matter of supply and demand.

I honestly don't remember them doing this for a long time. Way back in the day they would have a scrimmage and some practice work against other teams, but I must be getting old cause it seems like at least 20 years since they have done that

i was jacked when I saw the schedule yesterday, but no so much anymore..but that's only due to my travel schedule and how many games I can make. The 3 game stretch week 3-5 is tough..home opener, Pats, Titans. Home Opener--Have to be there Pats - Traditional Boys weekend Titans_ Designated Travel game this year fro the crew But that is three weekends in row spending lots o money Then you move to the 3 home games in a row...thats a hard lift when ya live an 8-hour drive away and flights just don't get ya there much faster. So for now my for sure games Bengals Titans Eagles( lots of Eagle fan friends coming, they pumped for the Orchard Park Experience) Broncos Steelers( son going to WVU this fall) The good thing is I don't think will eat the tickets cant make this year as I have in past years
