to be clear.. @GG contention is that when asked on 04/09 whether he knew how Muellars team felt about his summary, , Barr answered "NO' as he believed the question was asked about how Muellars team viewed his summary..hence the letter Mueller sent him on 03/27 did not quality, as it was penned by Mueller, not his team. Then yesterday he said the letter was "snitty and i believe was written by his team, not Mueller" Plain and simple the dude the lied under oath one way or the other...not even questionable.

but how could they bring impeachment proceedings if there is no investigation? This is just shocking to me.. I mean I no I am no lawyer..but I had no clue that was how it worked. BTW, when Graham hated Trump, i thought he was a skeezy guy even though he and I shared the same view if Trump. Now he is a Trump supporter, but for some reason, I have grown to really like him over the last years..and I am certainly far from a Trump supporter.

I am not tyingthis specifically to this investigation..but it seems like any time the President wants to shut down an investigation into his conduct, he can, and just claim there was no misdeed/crime, so i am shutting the whole thing down. Am I misunderstanding that? So truly the President is above the law ? Again, this is not related to this investigation.

not saying that is right or wrong...but man that opens up a whole can of worms no? Does that indicate then that the president is above the law as he can just cancel any investigation? That is what Leahy meant..and I must admit I never knew that before.

What i took from that was Barr was saying the president can shut down investigations when he believes the charges are false ..I think that's what Barr was saying..and now that the charges of collusion/conspiracy are false, it would have been okay for Trump to stop the investigation. Sorry if that is convulated

well..i have heard him too..and his statement was not exactly accurate. Many are upset that they feel Barr lied when he said he had no knowledge of what Mueller thought at his first appearance ..then this letter comes out and it appears he did. That is why some are saying he lied to Congress...and that is a legitimate issue i believe.

i must admit i have not been paying to close attention...heard Sasse briefly and thought he was going into some good stuff..and believe he was right saying no one opinions were changing. I did hear her..and WTF was she saying..lord that was an idiotic line of questioning. Forget the whole bit about reviewing every piece of evidence...WTF was Mueller there to do?

I never see crazy stuff in the lots..but i park at either Hammers or ECC( been at least 5 years since parked there)...but just dont see it. What has declined significantly is arrests and evictions from the stadium...and that has seen a dramatic decrease once they made the booze easier to get..counterintuitive yes, but the numbers support it Think you will be able to bring your own stuff, this way the lot will not look like trash dump and it will be a bit easier to see if someone is overserved So, what is my generation who went losing forever...brief period of winning...now losing again!!! Just so's ya know, Meadville truly is a pit of a town..was stuck on he side of 79 there 40years ago...story for another day. @mrags, i would not be doing Primanti's ..its aite...lots of great restaurants in Pittsburgh now, check some of those out..unless you in the strip district for lunch..then fine As others have mentioned, Pirates games are great. Even if you don't want to go in, the streets around the stadium closed off pregame and tons of fun just in the bars. I like the duck boat suggestion. Cathedral Of Learning on Pitts campus is pretty cool as well..Soldiers and Sailors Memorial right there, Robert Foster Home, Carnegie Museum..all right with a block of two of each other if I remember correctly. If you want a snack, head to the O and get you some O fries!
