Alberta separation is laughable. Not gonna happen. Carney was fine. Trump was fine. i'm confident the canada usa relationship will be fine as well. People's reactions are ridiculous.

I'll have you know our nickles are adorned with Big Beautiful Beavers! and yeah, the trucker convoy was mostly fine. the problem was the provincial government didn't bother to enforce the laws and it got out of hand. which is to say, there were truck horns blasting 24/7 causing some sleepless nights for residents. the usa money thing is maybe true, but all it really did was enabled them to stay longer. they didn't really do much harm. they were misguided though, their main problem was vaccine mandates which was not a national thing for truckers, it was for when they crossed the border. so really, they should have been protesting Biden. oh well, their voice was heard across the would so i think from their pov it was a success.

this happens in canada. whenever the conservatives surge, it becomes a 2 party race. we also like to vote in opposition to the usa. since the Rs are in the libs got a boost. the cpc should have won but their leader had a very negative approach which doesn't work well here especially considering the above. i doubt alberta will even vote to separate but if they actually do they will have a hard go of it. most of the province is on treaty land or crown land. the libs minority is not weak, they only need 3 (edit: now 4) votes and there are many who have already proven they will work with them. so its libs for the next 3-4 years. as for silly trade wars, i think we will all work together and be fine. we had our tiffs before and we will again, but we are absolutely better friends than enemies. personally i love the usa and all my friends and family there. funniest part was the cpc leader losing his own seat. he has no seat in the house atm, he will have to convince another mp to resign so he can try to win a by-election.

i think elam will prove out to be pretty good. he has weaknesses to be sure, real game experience may help with that. one thing for sure though, he is a playmaker and that is something every defense needs.

Omg the people arguing about physics in here whilst proving nothing. No one is reaching terminal velocity @Einstein Acceleration is not equal to both runners, and it is not a constant. So v = at doesn't really help us. There are scenarios where someone stumbling vs someone starting from 0 will win a footrace, and scenarios where they will lose. If you knew the actual rate of change in acceleration in each runner for the entire race then you should be able to calculate who would win. But we don't know that.

And that's fine, you have weighed the evidence you have available and made an assessment. But why tout this video like it is some kind of gotcha. It proves nothing. Btw i feel the exact same way about the "oh boy, Trump really screwed up this time!" videos. I guess it's the equivalent of monkeys throwing ***** at each other.
