Never really got why people care about this stuff. They should have hype. They acquired one of the best qbs (and weirdos) ever on a talent with a lot of talent. They kinda play in NYC. Why won’t they get hyped up? the lions are getting hyped. The Bills were extremely hyped up last year. I hated that last year and love that they are under the radar. but Jets fans have a reason to be excited for the first time in 15 years. It will also be that much funnier when they crash and burn.

I like Dawkins but he still looks really out of shape. And I know these guys are humans but gaining 40 lbs as a pro athlete would make me lost my mind as coach/ executive. dude is a leader and great guy in the community. Think I have always heard is he is really in love with the life as a pro athlete but people question how much he truly dedicates himself to being the best player he can be.

Or training camp interceptions!!! Some of the all time worst takes in this gem; also, completion % over 60% is pretty worthless. YPA is much more telling.

Not sure if that’s totally the case. I love the Rapp signing but his weakness is in coverage. Hyde is more of a FS and Poyer is more a SS (more involved in the run game). I think Rapp fits the Poyer role (and the big nickel) than the Hyde role. I could be wrong though.

I blame the people who were celebrating the Kelce injury in the other thread! really hope it’s nothing serious but this is going to be an issue with both safeties going forward. Getting old sucks.

I get it but the bengals have won nothing and the Chiefs have 2 SBs. I believe the 90s Bills had a great regular season record against the nfc during the SB years. I know they beat the Giants during the SB 25 season. Does anyone care about those wins?

One thing for injuries to happen. Another thing to celebrate it. I am personally blaming you when a bills player gets hurt! I think booing other grown men and cheering when they get hurt is weird af. But I’m a weirdo and I actually like Kelce.

A bunch of big name qbs become weirdos at they age — Rodgers, Brady, Newton. They make so much more and are so important that it does become hard for them to be one of the guys. that said, Wilson was always kind weird. He’s the guy who is asks the teacher for extra work, sits in the first row, and answers all the questions.

You want the MLB from a college team that just gave up 45 points and 500 passing yards to a guy who was making his first FBS start? People were complaining about Edmunds and we had a top 3 defense every year he was here. 😂 and Deion being a great coach is wild. But he legit is. And the recruits will really start coming now. Plus Boulder is a great campus/ atmosphere. Good for him and our Buffalo brothers.

I worked construction a few summers and remember being in a lift bucket 5 stories and having to use a ladder to climb on a roof. I was just thinking I don’t want to die doing this job. The Bucs and Ravens defenses had a ton of swagger and talked a lot. it’s football. You’re supposed to have an attitude on defense. It can blow up in your face but it’s not like it’s Zach Wilson talking. It’s a legit good group.

He got kicked off his high school, college, and nfl teams. Considering how much coaches put up with talented players, that says a lot. He isn’t exactly a rocket scientist (I mean he had to settle for St. Joes). He threaten to shoot a bar up with an AK 47. He tried to fight high schoolers when he was in the pros. Almost everyone who has met him says he is a giant d bag. that said, this might be the best thing for him. I don’t think he’s really that humbled (he was on a pod talking about how is better than a bunch of nfl starting qbs) but talent was never his problem. And he’s getting to play, which is something a guy like Tre Lance could use. I definitely would rather have him than our backups. Only problem is he would be a terrible influence on single Josh and probably would think he should be the starter. Swag Kelly! Bad post. I respect anyone for not giving up on their dreams. They are in the top 5% of their profession, one step away from being millionaires. How about you?

You can always tell who never played sports at a high level with their expectations of how players should respond after injuries. Cornerback is most physically difficult position to play in football. Knee injuries generally take about 2 years to recover from. Tre will be back to his old self this year.

Some of you are the most sensitive people on earth. No, they aren’t the 85 Bears and I personally would rather keep things quiet. However, they have a very good and deep defense. They make the playoffs if they didn’t have the worst qb in the nfl last year. this is a very good test for the Bills to open up the season. They will take away Diggs and force the other guys to beat them. But I would be shocked if the Jets aren’t a top 5 defense at the end of the year.
