  1. Yeah. AJ is better than Peterman (who isn’t) but he didn’t show it this preseason and he won’t have made a big difference either way. A 5th round pick is way more than he is worth. The problem was going into the season with just Peterman and a Allen and not signing a vet QBs right away. She’s pretty for Alabama. ?
  2. He’s played well but it’s going to be hard for the Bills to get multiple pro bowlers. I think Tre White is the only one who goes.
  3. As huge Mahomes fan, this is just a silly tweet. A more dispclined Aaron Rodgers? Dear lord.
  4. Wow, ❄️ is sensitive. Stop being a baby and name calling. the point was that Star isn’t impacting either team’s big picture significantly. The Panthers were 6-2 and got killed on a short week road game. The problem with a guy like Star is you can gsmeplan him if the field. The Pats played the Vikes, who had the #1 run defense. Rather than run against it, they came out in multiple receiver sets and just threw all the time and blew out the Vikes. Additionally, we have been killed in a bunch of games, especially in the 1st half. The Bears game was over at halftime and they just went super conservative and ran very predictable run plays to milk the clock. Finally, Star plays less than half of the snaps. This is like when people got hyped when we signed Brandon Spikes. But he saw his snap counts go down every year because the league is changing. Star is good at his job. But paying $10 million for a guy who plays half of the snaps seems like a bad investment.
  5. But it’s also about modern football. Star is really good at his role. But the truth is paying big money to one dimensional DT in a passing league isn’t the best use of team resources and doesn’t have a major impact on your team. We are in decent cap shape but if Allen, Dawkins, a receiver ever get their second contracts, you would never pay a DT what Star is making. He hasn’t been healthy in 3 years. Not likely to get better with age.
  6. Fitz is much better than Barkley. His interceptions aren’t mistakes. They are because of poor physical skills.
  7. Shut up Rex! Please stick to telling us how to stop Brady after you held him to 500 yards!!!
  8. With all due respect,I don’t really agree with this. I think guys over complicate things. As a result, players are thinking more than playing. Ive never questioned Daboll knowledge of football. I just don’t think he has ever demonstrated ever really being anything than a bad OC. Some of the best offenses are pretty simple and generate a ton of big plays off very similar play designs. Some coaches try to make football rocket scientist. Find mismatches and exploit.
  9. SB hangover year. Darby was another very good Bill playing for another team. Best of luck to him.
  10. I’ll never take pleasure in someone losing their job but very few people were worst than he was. I blame people for overhyping a 5th round pick in the first place. I woukd if he gets another shot anywhere. Maybe practice squad. He was historically awful.
  11. He was an awesome OC for them. I would fire Daboll tomorrow for him. and I didn’t know you could just join a team like that.
  12. I think he sucks and have thought that for a long time. But being over emotional and cutting him does nothing. I do like the idea of making him inactive. Dude is James Hardy RIP right now.
  13. There were guys wide open and a better ass might have been touchdowns in some cases. Barkley played great for him but he is what he is. I can’t imagine his arm in the wind at New Era. But I think he bought him a shot at a backup job (still worse career numbers than EJ ?).
  14. This is so legit. I used to be the biggest homer ever and would be depressed and angry when they lost. The last decade just worn me out. I just expect the most painful loss ever and when they don’t do that, it’s a pleasant surprise.
  15. 1). No one said McDermott wasn’t a good defensive coach. I think the problem a lot of people had is giving a first time head coach Belichick type control over the franchise. 2). Teams definitely become more conservative with the lead. The Bears, for instance, just basically tried to run out the clock. This D is still very impressive and there is a lot of talent on it.
  16. Barkley, with yesterday, raised his td to int ratio to 10-18 and his qb rating to 63. Haha. This is the silliest argument ever. While fans make plenty of mistakes, there are plenty of fans who could do better than the pros. Look at Bill Polian’s son? How did his get his job? Hard work or his dad? Rex Ryan’s son is the receivers coach for the Chargers. Think he was just an amazing coaching talent or Anthony Lynn hired his friend’s kid?
  17. We beat a 3 win team with their 38 year old backup qb that will be completely meaningless at the end of the year and only hurt our draft position.
  18. Good game for him. I still have zero confidence in him catching the next pass thrown his way.
  19. Write in: the Bills. They are hot! and I think if the Chiefs get some defensive players back, it could be them. Of course, Reid is terrible in the playoffs.
  20. He’s a solid 2 and a good 3. Still terrible to trade up for him instead of taking JuJu or Kupp at our original draft spot. But good for him for not looking like a complete bust.
  21. I liked Barkley in his draft and wanted the Bills to take him. I was shocked the way he fell. But his arm isn’t strong enough and it gets exposed the more he plays. He definitely can be a backup though.
  22. That’s fair but I would take a draft pick for AJ. They should have signed another guy after they traded him though. Going into the season with 2 QBs was a terrible decision.
  23. Oh, I agree. I’m just saying AJ is kinda garbage too and if it was a competition, Peterman won it.
  24. Huh? They have a qb who went to the SB and won MVP and are 6-3. They look awful last night but man, talk about completely overreacting to one game.
