  1. I somehow would still be excited for this
  2. It’s not worth it. They will never get that good offensive cos he’s know that having multiple threats on offense open up the entire offense. The Bills have constructed one of the worst offense in the history of the nfl in a league that begs you to score points. Almost every offensive decision they have made has been terrible. but I’m looking forward to fans nitpicking Sammy in the playoffs again. I’m sure he is terribly upset to be gone. Just like Gilmore. Just like Darby. Just like Woods, Just like Hogan. Thank you for rebuilding this disaster of a team McBean!!!
  3. 1) I love our fan base for being so involved in caring so much about a G 2) I also am depressed we are this excited about a 5th round G. What a low bar our offense has set.
  4. And Sammy is on a team that averages more points than that! But clearly, you and the Bills have this whole offense thing down pat. Our team is super fun to watch. I love our wrs. Sammy clearly won’t be an upgrade.
  5. Josh Allen would doing the same exact thing in KC and Mahomes would suck here.
  6. They had the highest scoring offense in the nfl with Sammy. Sammy signed the second free agency started.
  7. About $2 million less. And yes, I would overpay for a receiver to help my young qb. It’s exactly what the Chiefs did to help Mahomes. Threats open up the entire offense. McCoy is doing terrible because the defense don’t respect any receiver on our team and load the box.
  8. He tried to sign him back but couldn’t because Andy Reid signed him for $16 million. McVay realized he couldn’t go into a season with 2 slower wrs like Woods and Kupp as his top 2 and immediately traded a 1st for Cooks.
  9. Yup. We will give Tyrell Williams like $15 million a year.
  10. Keep looking at blindly staring at stats. No offense but I trust Reid/ McVay’s opinion over yours. Our offense has been awesome since Sammy left!!!
  11. The best offensive coaches want Sammy. The worst offense in the nfl didn’t want him. he has his flaws and might not never be the player he was coming out of college (ftr, I wanted Mike Evans badly in that draft). But I’d rather have Sammy at $16 million at age 25 for Josh Allen than our ? fest of receivers at whatever they cost.
  12. The Browns sucks but their games are watchable.
  13. They averaged 23 the last year he was fully healthy here. but again, Bills fans >>>> Reid, McVay. Our offense clearly improved without Sammy. So happy he is gone so I can watch Benjamin’s sun dial speed routes. also, Gilmore sucks according to fans here. So Bills fans >>>> Belichick
  14. Stockholm syndrome: this board hasn’t seen seen a real nfl offense so they are defending Peterman’s play or Josh Allen 80 yard passing games. So sad!
  15. 1) they didn’t intend to tank. They made moves trying to win. They signed a bunch of free agents and didn’t trade an aging rb. They thought they could easily upgrade the QBs position. 2) even if they were “tanking,” you don’t need to have one of the worst offenses ever.
  16. Rams points/ game pre Sammy: 14 points/game with Sammy: 29.9 chiefs points/ game pre Sammy: 25.9 points/ game with Sammy: 36.3 bills points/ game with Sammy in his last year here: 24.9 bills points/ game after Sammy left: 18.9 but I’m sure it’s one big coincidence. It’s amazing how simple people try to make football. I guess Julio Jones sucked until last week until he scored his first td of the season. It’s this type of simple thinking that had the Bills think a garbage slow receiver like Jordan Matthews could replace Sammy because he had similar stats!
  17. You could probably do that for a lot of teams. Watson was also playing through an injury and Watt took some time getting back to his level. They will be a tough out going forward. They could be really dangerous if they had a better oline and running game.
  18. We can’t have an offense because it is a blizzard every day in Buffalo. Run the ball and stop the run!!!
  19. Funny how the two top offensive coaches in the league wanted him. Funny that both of those teams got better with him on offense. It’s weird that some teams understand that you need multiple threats on offense and receivers can make an impact without getting 100 yards every game. but I definitely agree with McBean’s and jaded Bills fans’ opinion on offense over Reid and McVay. Excellent moves like Jordan Matthews, Kelvin Benjamin, and trading up for Zay instead of staying put for JuJu or Kupp shows their keen eye for offensive talent. Haha, definitely rather have Benjamin’s character for the culture!!! What was Sammy’s attitude here anyways? Playing to early on an injured foot to appease stupid fans questioning his toughness?
  20. You mean like the Bills, last year? Good point. The last Texans’ qbs before Watson we’re killing it with Hopkins. Oh wait. maybe the guy who dominated Bama twice in college is just really good.
  21. I hated Allen as a prospect and wish the Jets drafted him. However if a guy like Reid or proven offensive coach drafted him, that would have opened my eyes. Instead the group that traded for Kelvin Benjamin and traded up for Zay instead of taking JuJu or Kupp did. It is terrifying.
  22. As much as I am unsure about SM, Rex sucks and nothing was ever his fault. He was terrible and I’m happy he was gone. SM is super boring but I’d take that over a loud blowhard who can’t admit his faults.
  23. Overall agreed but it’s worth noting that the regime that put this terrible offense together also picked Allen. There are a lot of folks who think Allen was a very shaky pick. I hate “being right” about how awful I knew this offense was going to be during the offense. I laughed at people who thought Daboll was an upgrade at OC or Benjamin could be a number 1 receiver. I would rather have been wrong and been laughed at for being wrong because it would mean the Bills were winning.
  24. Haha. Keep hating. EJ would be the best qb on this roster. Compare their career numbers. EJ had a better start to his rookie year than Allen and it’s not really close. That’s how bad our qbs are.
