At least, Jerry’s face is only 10 years old. But all those guys Will get paid. Elliott is a chipmunk who is a moron off the field but he is their best player. What about non guarantee contracts and cutting players the second they get hurt or are deemed replaceable? I’d rather see the millionaires who are putting their body on the line get paid more than the billionaire sitting in a press box.

These guys are also bigger and faster than those guys who worked second jobs in the offseason. -
How important is the Week 1 game against the Jets
C.Biscuit97 replied to PlayoffsPlease's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Huge W if we win. Big L for the Jets if we win. its still week 1 but it could set a huge tone for the whole season. Still, you need to take every game individually. I also like bringing the season into 1/4. Anything 2-2 or better sets you up for success. -
It’s weird that we are all sold on Alle (67.9 QB rating) and claim Rosen is a giant bust (66.7). I don’t feel confident saying any of these guys are a lock to be good minus Mayfield, who might get arrested again. Long way to go. It would be awesome to see the AFC East as good division instead of the one that gives NE 5 bye weeks a year.

Always great for a local kid to get his shot. He also has position versatility, which helps. I had no idea The Little Irish had a player at ND. Aquinas is a great high school program.

What if Matt Barkley gets hurt?

True. I still ride with EJ. It would be a Disney movie! Green Right X Shift to Viper Right 382 X Stick Lookie Pick 6 on 2. Ready break! -
What if Matt Barkley gets hurt?

So you don’t care if his career number say he’s been terrible for his whole career? Interesting thought. You know there are some backups who aren’t necessarily terrible right? I actually just checked out the backup list. It’s pretty horrible. Still doesn’t mean Barkley is good and you can’t upgrade. -

He has a 68 career qb rating. What backup is worse than that? There’s a reason you find him on the market in week 7. Great guy and someone I will admit I was completely wrong on. I wanted him when he was in the draft. Really? I guess it’s desperate times at that point but Jones sucks. I think that was another Barbarian favorite. -

Higher career rating than Barkley!!! EJ comes back, they win the SB, and we have a new QB controversy!!! -

They picked Barkley up in like week 7. There will be another Barkley type on waivers. I appreciate the topic but Barkley is probably one of the worst backups in the league (great guy though). If Allen doesn’t take the next step or gets hurt, season is probably over. I’m almost rather see Jackson than Barkley. -

Has any team ever asked what happens if Matt Barkley hurts? He’s a nice guy and I’m sure he helps Allen but he is the definition of replacement level. -
Barnwell's 5 Teams Most Likely to Improve in 2019
C.Biscuit97 replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You gotta stop this PTR. Every person who doesn’t say the Bills aren’t the best team in the NFL doesn’t hate the Bills. Barnwell is a huge nerd but for better or worse, he uses statistics to make his predictions. The media can be super annoying but this whole thing fans have that if you don’t constantly praise their team, you hate them, must be so annoying. They were 6-2 last year and he couldn’t throw the ball past 30 yards. If his surgery was successful, they will be tough though the NFC South is a very hard division. -
Report: Raiders WR Antonio Brown to See Foot Specialist
C.Biscuit97 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with this. I hate football him. It just blows my mind that we tried to get him in the first place. I mean Beane got him and he didn’t want to come. I just don’t how why they tried to get him in the first place. as for your other point, I would go with diva receiver. I would gladly take the AJ Green, Calvin Johnson, Hopkins, Hines Ward type receivers all day over the Obj, TO, 85, AB type. -

You could do for almost every position minus qb. -

I didn’t either. Thought he is an idiot and didn’t fit the culture. That’s why the whole thing was embarrassing. But the Bills did. -

They still tried to trade for him and he’d be a Bill if he wanted to come here. I guess it’s better to be lucky than smart sometimes. -
But what if there are over 200 maniacs so far this year alone? All other countries have violent video games, mental health issues, violent movie etc. the sad part about this is it becomes a political debate. Not wanting to hear about people getting randomly murdered should transcend political backgrounds. But lets keep doing nothing. It seems to be working. It’s just sad that some many people accept this as normal. Walmart, churches, schools. Yet we do nothing. You can love this country and also be sad that this has become our new norm. Odds are given how often this happen, it’s going to affect someone you (maybe yourself). It would be nice if something came out of innocent people getting murdered. Something, anything.

He had seasons of 39, 31, and 40 tds and lead a crappy Colts team to the playoffs Almost every year he’s been healthy. If healthy, he’s elite. I don’t even think it’s a debate. It’s 50 tds!!! I wasn’t a big fan of the Allen pick. If gets 50 tds, I will place him as elite.

Luck isn’t elite??? Dear Lord.

Willis McGahee retiring as a Raven
C.Biscuit97 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because they had a 25 year old rb who just had seasons of 1,438 and 1,356 rushing seasons, rb is the easiest position to find and silly to spend high picks on (especially when you have a good player) and could have had Dallas Clark instead, and they had to waste a year on his rehabbing. It was a stupid pick.
