  1. can't wait for the game in SA get to then go to buffalo to watch wicky's return the very next week
  2. the broncos "ornery" hahaha they suck. That ornery team got their asses beat by the fish. The broncs are going to be on of the worst teams in the NFL this year with all their cleveland browns yes those cleveland browns re-treads they signed...shanahan is gone by next year and if the broncos continue to struggle before next year
  3. I remember drew having a good game as a bill too once...minnesota wk 2 of 2002. He still has the pat pat pat sack thing going on and that will not help. BUt they can definitely make the playoffs in the week NFC unless the lil Julius Jones does not stay healthy then theyre done cuz bledsoe cannot carry a team.
  4. I will be staying at the marriott rivercenter for a cool $45 gotta love working for a hotel. And thats only cuz i dont feel like driving home plastered
  5. 5. CSI Miami 4. Law and Order (take your pick i like em all) 3. Family Guy 2. South Park 1. 24 by far my favorite
  6. Not to mention the fact that Buick was averaging around 3 ypc against a team that couldn't stop my grandmother last year (though they did make some improvements) until he ripped off a 76 yarder on his last carry...stats do lie sometimes. This kid will be lucky to get 70 yds this week. Just like people are saying that this is JPs first time against a real D well this is Carnell's first time against a real D.
  7. Marino and bledsoe in the same paragraph is sinful unless ur talking about championships they won for their team. I know you weren't comparing the two in terms of all around talent but still bledsoe cannot throw the 15 yarders with zip for some reason like marino could. And once the coaches let JP throw the deep ball ala the pass to evans you will see that this kid can make the same throws that the statue could and some of them may even come outside the pocket. JP will do absolutely fine in the winds of WNY with the arm he showed on sunday...can't wait to see it first hand cuz i just bought my plane tickets for the miami game and the return of wicky!!!
  8. The more and more I hear the players of this team and watch the replay of the game I see something that we have lacked since the Kelly years...attitude on BOTH sides of the ball. The team has that swagger that successful teams have (granted it was only one game but i don't think their confidence will be easily shaken). And reading a quote from McGahee saying "JP came out and proved you all wrong. And I told you he would do it!" in the USA Today is something special I think this team feels like its them against the football world and that can be a very inspiring feeling. The "F**K you i told you so" attitude and Vincent not being close to satisfied with a FIVE turnover 121 yards surrendered game is awesome to hear. The team, especially the offense, fully supporting JP coupled with the defense striving to be even more dominating than they were and JP being a vocal and emotional catalyst (see yelling at Reed and high fiving the crowd at the half). Even if they go through some growing pains this year (which they will no doubt) on offense this team is going to be a force to be reckoned with this season and for years to come if they keep their young core together.
  9. y'all need to come out here and we can party it up in the alamo city
  10. My favorite peters highlight was the kickoff after his TD. The poor bastard who got in his way was knocked 10 yards backwards
  11. Willis McGahee: "He came out and proved you wrong. And I told you he was going to do it." Nice work JP, it seems like Willis really likes him and having your superstar running back give support is pretty sweet no more Bickering Bills.
  12. Those guys make me laugh. First of all the Texans have a damn decent defense that has played together longer than the old players that make up the vikes defense. The bucs have a better offense? please. if anything its a wash there and our defense is more than slightly better than theirs. Mcgahee v. cadillac adv buffalo by far - caddy had one run that DOUBLED his yardage at the end of the game against a defense that cant hold buffalo's collective jocks. Willis was slow out of the gates today but we simply overwhelmed them over the course of the game Losman v. Griese adv to tampa - only basing this on experience and JP going into a hostile environment, but Griese does pull some dumbass plays when he is pressured which he most definitely will be on sunday Wideouts adv buffalo - especially if reed keeps catching passes. i will take moulds and evans all day over galloway and clayton especially in a game like this where ball control will be key and homerun hitters like galloway will not really be a factor O-line close here and the first one to establish themselves will win this game. All in all i expect a similar game plan as today's but JP cannot hit LBs in the hands against TB cuz they will pick it off and take it to the house. I still think the Bills are a superior team and the play of the defense will win this game by getting the offense good field position and hell if lindell has to kick (and make) 5 FGs i think the bills when this one too. Thinking about playing our D might cause griese to fall off the wagon and that would be fun to watch.
  13. as of week 1 i would have to put the chefs no. 2 as well. if their d is for real they are gonna be awesome
  14. the redzone problems were caused by penalties on the o-line and lack of creativity in play calling save for the peters td.
  15. i want the charging buffalo on a white helmet with those jerseys we saw today
  16. Them is mo classy than the low budget buckeye fans
  17. I'm sorry man you're from so-cal drink real mexican beer like pacifico or modelo! just messin around
  18. Sorry if this was posted. Pretty bad ass photo and write up on Willis today. I work at a marriott and we get the USA today everyday so it looks like I will be taking a few. McGahee on the offense: "They can stack the box, but that means one-on-one coverage for Eric Moulds and Lee Evans. If they feel they can do it, go ahead and try. J.P. is going to shock a lot of people." I hope you're right Willis just over 24 hours and we'll know!
  19. Jeezus f-ing christ there is NO need to respect the competition! This is why players like Larry Bird, Ryne Sandberg, Isiah and many many others retired! You hate the competition like they are trying to come into your house and steal your s**t kick you in the nuts and steal your wife. I doubt (i wasnt there so i dunno) there was a whole helluva lot of fans out there saying "we must respect the dolphins for beating our asses" when we went 0 for the 70s against them. You must always hate the opposition and want them to be humiliated at every turn. The Pats are our 2nd biggest rival in the NFL so you must want them to suffer in anyway possible and they are only #2 cuz people still remember how the 70s felt against the fish. I hope the Pats go on to finish this season 3-13 with their only other two wins coming against Miami and Brady gets hurt...nothing career threatening just season ending. All this we must embrace the success of our pats brethren is probably coming from the people who played in little leagues that never kept score and that attitude is killing american sport.
  20. Start it off with Pacifico (screw Corona) then move to guinness for the half-time wings and then if the offense doesnt shape up straight to the padron silver.
