Why do i feel like we'd have won this game if Fitz were the starter? The D bent but has played well enough to win

Trent came out on the opening drive and showed no energy, no leadership. I want him to succeed but there's nothing there. Jim Kelly knows it, all the media knows it...the fans know it. Chan Gailey needs to make a decision,

MOst of these same players lit Miami up late last year with Fitz throwing and running. We would win this game if he were starting....or at least have some offense

I need to see some confidence and leadership from Trent now. All i remember from last november was Fitz completing passes all over the place and winning 31-14. I don't want to be yelling for him after a few series...

One thing is for sure....the Sabres lead the NHL in jersey modifications, tweaking and 3rd-jerseys. Clearly they have been morphing back to the original logo since the slug came out.

If the winds aren't gusting at 25-30MPH then it's a beautiful day. On a side note- The Bills really need to get back to the days when adverse weather works to their advantage. I guess that's one intangible that Jim Kelly always had. He could excel in any weather conditions. This stuff on Sunday is nothing. Should be a nice day for football.

Which is completely absurd since Buffalo beat Miami 31-14 late last season. The two teams have not changed THAT MUCH. I'd argue that the Bills have gotten slightly better. (although i admit concern since Fitz won that Miami game. I can't remember when Trent has shown me he can win a regular season game- or even look good)

Kind of ridiculous really. They have short memories. I was at the Bills-Dolphins game last November. Miami was fighting for their playoff lives. Bills were banged up. SO what happened? Fitz threw for 250 yds and rushed for 50 more in a 31-14 thrashing of the fish. Coming into this game I'd argue the Bills are slightly better than last year's version (and definitely not as banged up). Miami might be the same or slightly better, not sure? My only real concern is Trent. I'd actually feel more confident with Fitz in this game since he was great in the 31-14 win. Trent is the big unknown.

If Roosevelt were on New England, he'd catch 60 passes out of the slot. That's the same team that made Julian Edelman into another Welker. Naaman is a better receiver than Edelman (who played QB in college). The Bills just don't have a QB that gets him the ball and they haven't made him a focus target. If some team does, he will prove to be a really good player, imo.

I'll try to watch the game on the stream tonight. I'm excited for opening night. Looking forward to seeing this new offense from coach Quinn.
