Yeah, I thought Lamar outplayed him. not by a ton, but he did. Jackson dropped one right in the bucket to his TE in stride while a Bills players was diving at him. That's a long TD. He also executed two nearly unstoppable plays by the goal line for passing TD's. I can't just dismiss those plays.

It's the old saying, Baltimore decided to make Josh exclusively a pocket passer and he failed. Failed miserably. And his receivers failed him too on about 4 or 5 occasions. And the O-line broke down as well a few times. So it's on all of them but the QB has the most control to elevate guys up and mask some of the deficiencies. The Patriots also tried to make him a pocket passer in the game in September and Josh wasn't good. McDermott keeps saying over and over "we have to learn from it".. OK, start learning to beat that system!!

I saw an interview with some players (NCAA and pro) earlier this year and they were asked about playing home/road games. Many of them said they loved the "us against the world" feeling they got from playing on the road and how great it felt to silence the stadium. I think it also has to do with camaraderie on the road and just being locked in because it's a business trip for these guys. Clearly this version of the Bills are road warriors and they spin their wheels at home, especially the offense.

When people are grading Josh, are they looking around at other NFL games and QB performances? A guy like Drew Lock, who looks 12 years old and scared to death threw for 309 yds, 81%, 3 TDs AT Houston. I want Josh to succeed, but he can't be shut down so easily by every good defense he plays against. That was maybe a D performance at best yesterday.

I'm concerned we got this guy for his cannon and playing in the wind/elements... and he got outplayed on our home field by Brady, Wentz and now Lamar. I don't even know if Josh understands how to complete a deep pass or if he's just chucking it up there and hoping? There's no purpose on his deep passes....zero chance for the WR to adjust and run underneath them like a good QB provides. So I'm not encouraged at all. At this point in his career he should be taking off. Baltimore made him a pocket QB yesterday and he failed miserably. Hopefully Pittsburgh defense is not nearly as productive as Baltimore's.

ive been harping on the same thing regarding Allen. He rarely give his WRs a chance to run under the deep pass. They are too flat. Therefore his line drive frozen ropes have to be perfect and that’s a very low %. He needs to watch a lot of Russell Wilson and Drew Brees film. I don’t get why our QB coach is not showing him the benefits of passing trajectory

Bills need 1 more win to qualify. And seriously, if they lose the final 4 games they don’t deserve playoffs.

Nice road wins by KC and Balt today. Not surprising if those two clubs play in the AFC championship game. That would be a good one

not true. The Texans and Colts both losing to the nothing Broncos and Bucs was pretty huge. Houston and Tenn still play twice so they will offset each other. Right now the AFC wannabes are chasing the Steelers. But Bills must take care of business next weekend

I’m emotional. Allen sucked, the receivers mostly sucked too. The Ravens are better in every category and we should thank the refs for some of those points today because they kept drives alive that were snuffed out.

Josh looked like an old Drew Bledsoe for much of the day. I guess his ankle was bothering him. He got hurried a bunch but there were some pass play he just stood there like a statue until the pressure came or he heaved it

maybe so. But the schedule next season looks a lot harder. So that will offset any player gains most likely
