I think the Bills sit this one out. The only attention they will receive for putting out an RIP type statement is negative attention.

I agree and have been saying for at least 3 years,, SELL THE TEAM Terry! I really have no idea why he would not want to divest the Sabres...they are a professional embarrassment for his owership legacy and the arena needs massive upgrading which is expensive. On the flip side, I know someone in WNY who is a big wig in the community and he has cautioned me to be careful what you wish for. If Terry does decide to sell, there's a very real possibility a new buyer relocates the team to another city. Terry will not do that as long as he owns them. So do we want disappointing hockey every year? or possibly no hockey.

There's such a deeply entrenched culture of losing with the Sabres over 13 years, it's so hard to turn it around. You'd think once over this draught the club would luck out into a solid playoff season like we see from other teams every year (i.e. NJ last year or Vancouver this year). But nope, not here. We can't have nice things. They draft children, and hope the kids develop into good NHL players,,, but it's not always the case. And these kids have no real idea what it takes to make the playoffs game in and game out. I personally think the Sabres need to spend on a head coach who's been there and done it (like the Rangers hired Laviolette this season)....and infuse the roster with some experienced solid players who have playoff experience.

Diggs put out another vague tweet on X earlier. Just so glad its some other fan base that has to decode it.

They had one of the Washington DC TV news meteorologists live in Buffalo. They went to him once and saw it was all cloudy and didn't go to him again. Kind of a bummer for WNY to not have nice skies.

Hope the clouds break. Feel bad for all those folks that drove or flew to WNY for this. Meanwhile Cleveland, Indy and all of northern New England region is basking in Sunshine.

I was telling that to my family as well yesterday. on the biggest day in the biggest moment of the year, Buffalo will choke even the sky chokes.

Here is Maryland, expecting 88.4% coverage... which really means we won't notice all that much. A little twilight-ish and some weird shadowing on the ground but it will not be dark. At least it will be a clear sunny day, no clouds.

Nice analysis by the OP, but it's not a great take to say Shakir will arrive. A lot of us have been super high on Shakir since that first training camp and feel he was underutilized from the beginning. He arrived this past season. He will continue to ascend this season.

I mean Florio is right. It's not in Josh's nature to be a hard ass. He had to accept Diggs being a moody Diva and do his best to not cause a huge rift. These two players used to be buddies and would play Call of Duty nearly every day after practice and I'm sure by this past season they barely spoke outside the facility. it's because Diggs wanted it that way and eventually get to another team.

Some of the panic stricken TV analysts on this mornings shows were pretty funny. As if Diggs leaving the team is the single thing that is going to cause this season to be terrible. The Bills will be fine. It can never be proven but i suspect the team's record in 2024 would be the same whether Diggs was on the team or not. The ball will be distributed to other guys and they WILL make plays.

I owe Glab an apology. Diggs is just one of those personality types who instigates all kinds of crap and then acts like the victim.

A little birdie has told me that One Bills Drive is partying today. They could not wait another second to get that Diva out the door. Every single person in the organization is happy.

Damar had to respond otherwise he looks like a weak little man. He's done a lot right and acts classy 99.9% of the time, but someone like AB should not be allowed to say or do anything to another person without being confronted.

It's almost as if, in the moment, the Bills coaches and players forgot that KC *only* needed a FG to tie and that they had a world class kicker. It's like the team played to prevent a long TD. Just complete absurdity.

I’ve used to have two PSL’s for another team several years ago in the area I live. PSL’s are like owning a piece of real estate. It appreciates or depreciates depending on the team, market conditions, etc.. People are constantly putting them up for sale and/or buying them. When you buy or sell PSL’s a 3rd party who represents the team brokers the deal and its very official when the PSL gets transferred, then you own it for life until you decide to sell.

Admittedly it's a sweeping generalization. I'm aware of the hundreds of draftees from there, many have made it big. It's a factory. I'd want the hardest workers and guys who love football, from all the draft picks.

Bama players have been kind of dicey to me. Hugely productive at the college level, but when they come to the NFL and things don't come as easy, I don't feel like they handle it well.

I kind of think Diggs is gone. The cap hit is accounting and they will find a way to trade. This is not the way McDermott operates. He stuck with it last year and made it work because he had to. But with Diggs falling off in the 2nd half of the season and the awful fail vs KC it makes getting rid of the headache easier to do. You have Josh Allen, and he will distribute the ball to anyone and everyone.

The thing is.. when you are as highly ranked as Marvin Harrison Jr., all you can do is hurt yourself by doing these extra workouts. He's already a top 5, maybe top 3 pick. I would think a physical is appropriate so teams can see he doesn't have any injury, but other than that check the video if you want to see what he can do.
