Of he gets past CLE I can see them swapping 1st rders with the Redskins at 6 and throwing in whatever other pick makes the difference (help with the draft value chart?)
Playing to lose would be a slap in the face to every fan who cheers his guts out for the Bills every week and never loses faith. Lose the loser attitude or that's all you're ever going to be.
QB 3
RB 10 (we need 2)
FB 8 (I don't like Cieslak as our only option)
WR 6 (someone above 6'3 with hops would be nice, we can't throw any jump balls on goaline plays)
TE 6 (Everett and Royal will probably be it for us)
C 4
G 6
T 4
DE 2
DT 5
OLB 10 (we need 2)
ILB 7 (we need a solid backup for Crowell)
CB 6 (depth would be nice)
SS 3
FS 3
K 1
P 1
After we pick Pos I think we should trade our 2nd and a conditional 2-4 fnext year as described above. We could then get another LB in the 3rd and whatever other player the front office likes. We had a good draft last year and I have confidence that 3-7 rd picks can contribute to the team this year in a big way, especially with all the holes in our roster right now.
I agree with the injury comment. We need to draft 2 RBs. I'm not getting too exciting about an NFL Europe standout. Where is Ken Simonton today? He lead NFL Europe in all purpose yards a few years back, didn't see him develop into the next big thing.
FYI ESPN rumor mill made it a point to say the Bills are looking to take Pos with 12. Marv already told us Angelo Crowell is out MLB so it makes perfect sense we look at Pos over Willis. I'd be happy with the pick.
I agree that A-Train is perfectly capable of shouldering most of the burden, but i would prefer drafting a back that can develop into a feature back like Pittman in the 3rd.
i completely agree. If timmons fell that far I would hope we'd move up and take him. I tihnk WR at 2 is a luxury pick when we need 2 LB, 1-2 RB, 1 CB all before another WR. Right now Coy Wure is starting. Let me repeat-Coy Wire.
