I think what Lori means is there are different ways he could have gone about saying the same thing. He came off as whiny, talking about money and placing blame. He could have simply noted that he had been practicing on a different surface and he thought the change might have skewed the numbers a bit but then just asserted he has game speed. Instead he chose to throw other people under the bus, not a good character trait.

Problem is, who draws the line and where do you draw it? Fat burners with banned substance are ok, but not weight lifting supplements with them? Can I take a cold medicine with an amphetamine in it? How about the same dosage as the cold medicine, but I take it regularly for "allergies." If I'm on the allergy medication, can I also take the other stuff if I get a cold? The line is too amorphous. You basically have to list the banned substances and enforce every violation or you're gonna get a couple thousand guys with excuses for all the stuff they are taking.

As someone who has tried a fair share of criminal cases in Indiana I have just a bit of info that might be interesting to you guys: Dom. Abuse cases are impossible to pursue if the gf refuses to testify and prosecutors rarely push on because they don't want to lose (ok that's not specific to IN) Pre-trial diversion is available to anyone upon arrest for their first misdemeanor. They have to pay a fine in the form of "program costs" and perform community service and they receive no criminal penalties. PTD is supposed to be for guilty people, like a "warning." This is so because participation in the program precludes you from entering it again at a latter date. Sometimes however, people just go into it as a way to avoid paying a lawyer and fighting the charges in court. Either way, it warrants notice that he chose NOT to fight the case, but instead, use up his one warning.
