  1. I second the camaraderie motion. New players, especially lineman on either sides of the ball really need to gel with the guys playing next to them. I WOULD however point out that these guys are also uprooting their lives and moving to a new place and we should cut them a LITTLE slack and give them time. I'm not sure about Stroud, Johnson and Mitchell but for some guys that includes moving their families to a new community so I mean, just be aware of that.
  2. You cannot stop Brady, you can only hope to contain the damage he does. The best way to do that is keep him OFF THE FIELD. Sustain drives and come away from the red zone with 7, not 3 and you have a shot at winning every game. So yes, WR does help us stop Tom Brady. Does a DE improve our redzone production?
  3. My guess: he runs a high 4.4 or a low 4.5... and then someone takes him before us anyway
  4. I figured Mort would turn the segment into "Donahoe draftees the Bills wasted and lost: where are they now?" and then rail on about how we would have won a Super Bowl already if we hadn't blasphemed against his life-partner
  5. Letsgo- If I disagree you're not going to fight me are you? Not choking back on Molson at present?
  6. The beginnings of my own hair loss has been pretty devastating to me
  7. I enjoy the fact letsgobills was so widely ridiculed for his post that he erased it. HAHA
  8. Did anyone actually see Greer play last year? He was better than McGee
  9. I didnt realize Harper had been that productive
  10. I once dissed u for posting dumb thoughts. I retract and apologize, you are dead on here
  11. Please remove McGahee and Losman from any posts talking about great talent. Also, Greer was deep on the bench and no one knew what we had in him
  12. The trade value chart has value. The fact that front offices around the league use it to determine the value of a pick assigns it its value. The 11th pick has a value of 1250. Move down to 22 and you're looking at 780. The 22nd pick in the 3rd rd has a value of 86, for a total received value of 846. The difference amounts basically to the 15th pick in the 2nd rd. Your "I know better then everyone else" logic has the effect of making our front office look like fools to the rest of the league as well as cheating us out of a good player. It's guys like you who think the Dolphins should pass on their #1 pick, slide down 2 or 3 slots just to save money, absolutely ridiculous.
  13. The Notebook- starring JP Losman and Lee Evans (an old couple remembers the past in the face of the changing future)
  14. Coverage skills are lax but he gets to the ball a lot, hits hard and is a good return man too
  15. I think this is it. He simply sounds pissed off, I don't get the problem. I mean he's not a genius in how he expresses himself but he gets the point across. The end is a little weird cause he just keeps asking "that's it?" and I have no idea what else he thought they would be talking about but he just kinda sounded frustrated that they brought him on the show just to ask him a single question.
  16. Confused by the change, Coy Wire showed up and just started lifting. No one knows why
  17. Why? It seems about par for the course. The comment about proving it was beer is correct as well. Prosecuting him for corruption of a minor would be a waste of taxpayer dollars. He cannot and will not get in trouble. Coach is cowtowing to public backlash. AZ fans are still salty with Matt for getting his ex (who plays bball for USC) pregnant and then proceeding to never see her or the kid
  18. Jim Kelly is my hero
  19. What rule change will be prompted when Bellicheat starts "prank calling" the other team's headphone-wearing players? "Move into punt block formation" (muffled girlish giggling noise ensues)
  20. Should have started Frank Reich HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH
  21. Agreed. Cause I actually think this raises a valid point that hasn't really been explored on this board. I think technically by drafting a "big" receiver at TE we could still draft a smaller, quicker wideout like Marshawn's teammate Deshaun Jackson and could still do really well with 2 shorter receivers. Jackson/Carlson could run the fades in the redzone and we would have two burners on the outside.
  22. On the plus side, our Melvin Fowler will offset the quickness of the offense a bit by being slow to block and allow people to rush easily up the middle, so things won't change TOO much
  23. <----- running from thread to thread to avoid her wrath
