  1. He's using JJ's draft value board. There are others out there that put 2 = 21+22 and a 5th rounder.
  2. I suspect you'll see them doing more whining about deflated balls and getting rules changed to spite the Pats like they did several years ago, they have a petty owner.
  3. Fixed the secondary with 1 draft pick, 2 FA and 1 trade. Expect to see more Poyer-level FA signings on the D-line. Not to say people who are going to be equally productive, but players who are underappreciated by the league at large.
  4. This may be breaking with some kind decorum and if so I apologize, but I don't live in the area and was curious: what is the price range on season tickets?
  5. Then you would be wrong and would be getting rid of a vastly better player than Thomas or O'Leary while sticking us with a huge dead cap hit for no reason.
  6. This sounds like a great way to destroy the development of someone who has a shot of making it in the nfl. The one thing teams can't do is get him in the habit of running instead of throwing and breaking the pocket when he sees pressure because he hasn't learned to read defenses properly.
  7. I find it suspicious that his house gets broken into and suddenly McDaniels is back in NE. Exactly what kind of pictures were "stolen?" Police should be looking for security camera evidence of a mysterious hood...
  8. I skimmed this list - hit # 3 and realized you hadn't put any thought into your list and stopped reading altogether. The Bills get no cap relief from cutting Clay, as has been stated in multiple thread on this board ad nauseum.
  9. Here's the problem with that line of thinking: it makes sense because you approach it from the vantage point of what would most benefit you, not the best move for the other organization. The best move for a team with an aging QB that suddenly finds itself at the top of the draft in a draft that's being touted as being strong at QB, is to take a QB.
  10. I did enjoy that Ballard ended his press conference with "the rivalry is back on." They know Kraft screwed them.
  11. Yeah that guy is an amazing public speaker. He could pretty much sell anything. I'm 4 minutes into the press conference and he almost has me convinced this is a good thing.
  12. Oh, i wasn't talking about McDaniels, I was referring to all the possible second-choice candidates and how likely it is that they be willing to leave to coach for that organization. I dislike McDaniels (because Patriots) and it's a bad look for him, but it DOES look to me like they announced a press conference to move things along and pressure him to sign when they thought he might be wavering. For McDaniels it's simply an awful move - he screwed over those poor coaches who signed with the colts already. This move ensured that owners won't trust him to hire him and coaches won't come work for him.
  13. Ok that's it. I propose the people who don't like the moniker mafia call themselves "Billeibers." They may have to fight it out with a bunch of adolescents but I am almost certain you guys can take them, almost.
  14. The issue here being that Irsay is a moron and people don't want to flush their careers down the toilet working for that pill-popper.
  15. http://theramswire.usatoday.com/2017/10/28/los-angeles-rams-mark-barron-is-a-top-three-run-stopping-linebacker-in-the-nfl-right-now/
  16. It behooves the Giants to sit on this as long as possible to maximize their leverage and get as much as possible in the draft. Some teams may only like 1 of the top 3 QBs, so the pick is more valuable to them if their guy is around at 2, but there is no way to guarantee that before the Browns pick.
  17. He undoubtedly is, just look at his recent posts for evidence. My issue with this is that they have been divorced for years and it's coming up now as a result of a cash-grab tactic by his ex. Her attorney came out today and said it was all just "mistrust between exes" and there's nothing to see here. For those of you lucky enough not to be aware: family law is seedy and awful, people regularly paint each other as monsters to extract whatever they want from the other side. Looks like this attorney overplayed their hand and is regretting they may have just killed the goose that laid the golden egg and are trying to walk things back.
  18. That call took stones: Coach barely hesitated when Foles suggested it.
  19. I have no idea, that's what the article said. Once I read that she lost me. When you combine that with recent requests to raise her alimony it paints her in a pretty crappy light.
  20. No, she says he was emotionally and verbally abusive and regularly tracked her and their pets? The complaint was withdrawn in court. Seems a bit like they are freaking out over there because of the Richardson thing.
  21. Depends, do I get a ring if I do?
  22. It usually doesn't involve joy, so this one is special.
  23. I was under the impression the department was 86'd because it was really just studying things like ticket sales. Am I wrong?
  24. I haven't watched hockey in years. Keep meaning to get back into it but I realized I hardly know any of the players anymore. Bad time to try to get back into things?
