I’m all about Israeli cous cous. The other kind of cous cous is terrible. I’ll grab a bunch of fresh-picked carrots at the farmer’s market and roast them up, while taking the stems and blending them into a pesto (olive oil, garlic, almonds or walnuts or pine nuts, cheese if you want). Then I toss the cooked cous cous in the pesto with the roasted carrots. Pack it all into a round bowl and top with the serving platter, then carefully turn the platter upside-down and remove the bowl and you’ve got a perfect mound of carrot pesto cous cous salad. Line the rim of the platter with fresh pita, veggies, whatever.

Um, this is where we post our unpopular opinions yes Bill? Put your pistol back in its holster.

They were protesting police brutality not the military or the flag, our idiot president successfully coopted the issue to fire up his (easily incited) base.

Bills Claim DE Jeff Holland Release Cory Carter

Amazing that they are still trying to find a punter after like six years of looking. -
The ultimate selfish me-first move, putting your own interests well above everyone else’s. And by that I mean, Adam Schefter’s decision to send that Tweet during the Colts’ preseason game.

Part of it was just his style of play too. Luck was never going to be a dink-and-dunk QB. More than any other QB of the modern era, his game was always about hanging around in the pocket waiting for deep routes to develop and open up. Frankly he was the best at it I’ve ever seen. And he ran like a running back, taking a lot of contact with his style (in college too). He was a throwback from a different era. Not sure a well-built line (which as of last year, they have) would’ve saved him.

The Colts aren’t in as bad a spot as they’d have been a decade ago. There is a bumper crop of QB talent that has been entering the league and the next few QB classes look solid as well - we’re seeing something of a renaissance for the position. Luck’s salary goes off their books, they have deep talent at other positions (including the best interior lineman in the game and one of the best inside linebackers), their owner is committed to winning and they have a solid coaching staff finally. This year may be rough for them especially if players check out mentally given the timing of all of this, but I suspect they’ll be competitive sooner rather than later. What pisses me off is that this helps Bill O’Brien’s Texans team, which I despise.

Dude has been groomed to be an NFL QB his entire life.

He’s going to make the team and contribute. Solid find. Not sure why the Eagles let a guy like that go given how hard it is to find quality line depth.
-
Yes. Won’t sign him to a second contract and he fits better in a precision offense that schemes to get him open. Cut bait.

Good Night / Bad Night - Pre-season game 3

Agree with your takes. Allen to me looked jump and totally out of rhythm but it’s hard to say what a full game would’ve looked like. Remember, Allen tends to be a slow starter. Zay may be getting shopped. Seems to me they’re showcasing him and trying to hide Wade and perhaps Foster (though good luck sneaking him onto the PS after last season). But Zay playing into the second half says to me they’re trying to move him. I can see Duke making the team in that scenario. Jaquon Johnson made a really nice play to force a fumble and he needed that. -
