Tuesday's show. Christine Baransky (Cheektowaga gal, Bills Mafia) and Ryan Fitzpatrick. Just watched the show on DVR. No mention of Baransky's fandom, no crossover with Fitz, a little Buffalo talk with Fitz. They showed the shirtless pic from the playoff game. That's about it.

I gave Mo a pass for last year, having less than 100 days to put a program together. My judgment starts this year. He's supposed to be a whiz at recruiting. Maybe we have talent but they have to know how to play together. It took Lance a couple years to field a winner so I'm not going to lose my mind (yet) over one loss to a P5 team. Now if they play like crap against Holy Cross??? Anyone recall when Lance's Bulls dropped a turd at home against FCS (sm)Albany? I never want to get embarrassed like that again.

The UMD band was terrific. It's a shame UB can't muster a larger group. My daughter went to UMass and was part of their 400-member crew. Nothing like a huge marching band.

Part "grudge" if you call passing on a selfish player that. But also part feeling his hype exceeds his actual skill and value. And a doubt he has anything left in the tank. He's just looking for another check. Not a player the McBeane Bills want or need. Sorry, that's my take on JP.
