    I agree. I believe they'd love to be able to take and end over a tackle. Personally, I'd love to take Simmonds in the 2nd if he falls.

    This isn't happening this year or for awhile. Cuomo has already come out against it, citing the fact NJ has only collected $13m in tax revenues last year. It will likely require an amendment to NYS's Constitution.

    Agree completely. I see it in rounds 5-7 at this stage given the quality of the class (unless someone like a Rock Ya-Sin slides) and the fact that it seems the sweet spot is in this range in the draft.
