  1. Because my wife found a stream and we watched the game at 2:15 in the morning in Catania, Sicily. It turned our trip to Taormina today into a hotel rest day so I was about to be very pissed if they choked this away.
  2. Josh has reverted back to hero ball these last 2 weeks, especially against Houston. Several reasons for it- horrible pass pro, poor play design but nonetheless Josh had open receivers he passed up to hit a honerun and prove Diggs wrong. Sometimes he is his own worst enemy. Teams are playing more man against us now but we still should be the motion. It is like a pre snap rub play against man.
  3. This drove me crazy. At least run play action once in a while.
  4. Or play action. There was no doubt what we were doing when we lined up 5 wide.
  5. I was not expecting 5 wide. I was expecting 12 personnel so the could run play action if they were going to throw. 5 wide was m8nd boggling.
  6. I read this yesterday. I do 2 versions. One with sausage & cheese and the other w/ bread crumbs, Romano, garlic, parsley, EVOO.
  7. 14-3 or 13-4 Losses against 49s, Lions and another that is a WTF loss Josh is Josh, defense is getting reinforcements back. P.S. no way Josh allows us to lose to Houston. Every time he says he doesn't care is another point for us. He will say it at least 35 times so we score a minimum of 35 points that game.
  8. Coleman was not the problem last night.
  9. I was expecting a play action bomb to MVS at least once tonight- but with the pass rush clicking I would see why not. More disappointed there were no draw plays or screens called to slow down the pass rush. Apparently we have poorly designed trick plays in the play book but no screens or draws.
  10. I was told he was a generational talent for 5 years since he was in college.
  11. Me too. Had to Google it and said yea I think I remember hearing this. Guess I have to learn the lyrics now
  12. Bills 31 Ravens 27 Young LBs for the Bills have a tough first half adjusting to Lemur and Henry but we pull it off in the end.
  13. I said was not is. I think he has grown each seasona and has made smart moves staff wise. He has improved his staff which has allowed him to step back back from micromanaging the D and focus better on in game total strategy, clock management, end of half/game decision making. My comment on aggression was not strictly 4th down calls which the other poster laser beamed onto but an overall improvement of McD on not taking a knee before the half but going for more points. For not allowing the play call to be strictly high cover 2 prevent with the game on the line. I praised him for his growth and improvement. Last thought is the data on 'aggressiveness' can be viewed in many different ways to support many different opinions.
  14. Weird flex to pick an argument on. You win friend
  15. You can never have enough good corners or o linemen. I love how they are developing these raw guys on the practice squad and then brining them up in spots when needed. That is the use of the practice squad.
  16. Really? He has gotten better beginning last season but he was punt from the 40 and prevent defense his his first few years
  17. I totally don't remember that game. I thought our last game was the failed qb sneak game.
  18. my only worry is King Henry has killed us in the past. Keep him in check and spy Lemur should hold them to under 20. Their D hasn't figured themselves out yet so we should be good for at least 24-27 pts.
  19. they all looked good on the sidelines. i couldn't see braces or slings. i expected Milano to be in a sling still.
  20. loved that we put the boot on their throats to put the game away early. -McDermott going for it on 4th on a regular basis. Being HC only is helping his thinking and he is being more aggressive. -not taking the knee before half but just going for the kill. we would play it safe in the past. -defense playing with a Bad Boys swagger. Q4 and Benford breaks up a pass on the sideline and gives the receiver a push/kick with his leg to move him out of the way. It caused a mini scrum and I loved the attitude that we will be pushing people around this year.
