  1. If anyone watched the Bills teams of the 90's, you know then fans come out for December games, even last games of the year when Marv sat half the team. If the Bills continue to win and make a playoff push, the Ralph will be rockin' in December. As far as a dome, It could make economic sense for the State of New York. It would be a multi-purpose facility that could help revitalize the Buffalo area, keep the NFL in the area, and be a hallmark of NFL stadiums. Could it be built to maintain the tailgating culture of the Ralph? Could you guarantee the roof open for all football games? Can 100mil turn the Ralph into viable? Forgetting personal traditions and preferences; Is spending a 15Billion on a new dome a better investment than 100mil for the long term future of the Bills?
  2. RIP Kent Hull, one of the best linemen to ever play the game, and just as much of a reason the Bills went to 4 SB as Kelly, Thurmo and Andre.
  3. For what it's worth Kelly had bad games like this too. Fitz had a bad game, but the D had a worse one. Additionally, we are 1 deep threat receiver away from have a perfect offense. We're 4-2, let's get healthy (especially our Dbacks) and see what they do when they come back. Bottom line is, the team is still exceeding expectations and Fitz has earned the right of a full season before he is cast off as "not good enough".
  4. Yes, this team still has holes and the D seems just as porous as last year. The difference is good teams find ways to win. Last year the Bills found ways to lose. I like winning better.
  5. For this to be true and hopeful, they are going to need to beat the Eagles. Win, and the Bengals were a bump on the road, lose, 3-2, on the road to the Giants and thoughts of 2008 begin to become more real.
  6. nice job, good preview, Bills in 7!
  7. I don't think of Fitz as a franchise QB. That title brings to mind Kelly, Elway, Marino types. I think Fitz is Kelly's, smarter, less talented brother. He is tough, a gun slinger, has no fear and should be our QB for as long as he can be our QB. Let's see him go through an entire season and then figure out if he is the real deal. After 3 games, he is off to a good start.
  8. audio the the show http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=7028283
  9. Seriously, with all the high round draft picks starting for us, what would we do picking later
  10. Oh dear Lord, how have I never gone to Calico Jacks - NYC.... maybe for the Giants game.
  11. Spiller will be Kenny Davis to Freds' Thurmo. Having Spiller will extend the career of Fred by giving him some plays off and sharing the load.
  12. It feels good to have the team have respect again. Going into work today was less painful then in recent years.
  13. This team reminds me of Major League, we've gone from "Who the F*ck are these guys" to "These guys ain't too F*cking bad".
  14. Even sweeter considering we spotted them 14
  15. Bring back Fat Pat for platoon duty. He may have lost a step, but they still need to block him and he clogs alot of line.
  16. I was so waiting for the Bills to find a way to lose. That alone was a nice change, as they say, good teams find a way to win!
  17. Great game, Raiders were better then I had thought. Good luck to you the rest of the season!
  18. New England's offense looked scary, but so did their defense. If Henne can throw for 400 yards against them I think we might be able to get some points.
  19. On of the best part of the post game around here are your comment, in no particular order. Nice summation
  20. so its it 3 shots of Absinthe or 4? I like it, but its a pipe dream.
  21. Wasn't that also the game where the ref called a 15 on Klecko for "Giving the quarterback the business"?
  22. surprised they cut Jasper, everything else is kind of expected
