I like Fitz too and feel he could be the type of QB who could guide the Bills to a Super Bowl, providing they had a dominate running game and a lights out defense. When Baltimore and Tampa Bay won, they did not have a QB who was great Like Kelly, Elway, Marino. In fact if you look at all Super Bowl winners you did not have a hall of fame QB. Does anyone think Jeff Hostetler or Doug Williams is going to be in THOF? The problem is Fitz is a decent; serviceable QB on a team that is still missing too many parts to be a contender.

Being an optimist, in 1990 week 1 in Miami was awful, last year the Giants were terrible in their first game. I am not thinking this is a SB team, but we'll see how they adjust and game plan for the home opener against a team that has struggled like them in KC. O has looked better as the game went on. If the D game pull their heads out from their arse then I think we still might have a decent year. If we struggle again next week we can start "waiting for next year".

Dad is from Buffalo and raised me and my sister to be Bills fans in Connecticut. I love this team and if the Bills were ever to leave Buffalo I would have no reason to watch the NFL.

Fitz is good, but by no means an elite QB. To win an SB, you don't need to be elite, you need to be competent and his is better than the guys who was QB for the Ravens when they won.
