  1. A. It would be an achievement with my current lifestyle to live til 98. B. Holy crap he can stand and still have a conversation C. Legend on and off the field
  2. Probably "zapping" something nice in the microwave.
  3. Not so sure it's "completely" the wrong move to re-sign Floyd given how good he continues to look, but I do agree in principle that the more successful franchises cut bait a season or two too early rather than a season or two too late. Von is a prime example of the risk of paying out big money to an aging star, and now it's having a real impact on our salary cap. Would love Floyd back at the right price for a short contract, but I agree you take more chances with the younger player with potentially longer-term upside if you have to chose one vs. the other.
  4. What a travesty. Nobody around for play by play and color commentary on the T Swift shots?
  5. Right there with you on these two. Happy to have been wrong about Bernard.
  6. Nice clean look. Still prefer the contrast of white on blue but the all whites are 10000x better than the smurf or all red look in my book!
  7. Knox has always seemed like an all around great dude and well loved locker room guy. He’s seems like a fun guy to grab a beer with. Hopefully he’s truly healthy again and that helps with some of the drops he’s had at times. So far so good!
  8. Amazing! Trick is to find the right balance of getting him enough touches while keeping him fresh and hopefully injury free. 20-25 touches between run/pass seems to be an ideal target.
  9. He had plenty of conduct detrimental to the team here too if you count drops, fumbles, boneheaded decisions or outright disappearing most of the time when we needed him to step up.
  10. Man, hate to get out in front of my skis here, but the way the team is playing and getting a few key guys back at the right time has me hopeful this could be a big year after all!
  11. Is Suh even good for anything anymore, outside a few poorly timed roughing the passer penalties?
  12. If it's good enough for Brady and Mahomes, it's good enough for Josh!
  13. This game sucks already. Just for very different reasons than anticipated.
  14. Staley will 10 days to prepare for us if not fired tomorrow. That should scare nobody lol.
  15. Raiders going to destroy them some Stick tonight. Let’s just hope Staley is still coach of the Chargers on 12/23.
  16. If we think he can be our Tyler Boyd sure, keep him if reasonable. God knows he hasn’t been our Tee Higgins.
  17. Awesome. May we never see the smurf or bloody t*mp*n look again.
  18. Buy: Shakir - we need all the help we can get against the Dallas pass rush, so wouldn't be surprised if we try and spread them out. He may be a low cost secret weapon pickup that can work short/intermediate routes and help move the chains, assuming he can get some snaps (happy to trade out some of Gabe's snaps if need be!). Sell: Cook - at least if we're talking about being lined up in the backfield. Clearly the Bills are concerned about his protection abilities, so he may be a liablity in that sense given the Cowboy's rush. Per the above noted under Shakir, maybe we see him lined up more in the slot or out wide to help spread the field with Murray/Johnson staying in the backfield to help protect? Hold: Von - a week ago, I would probably have been ready to bail on him given both his on field performance and off the field issues, but he flashed just enough at the end of the Chiefs game where I want to see if he can build on it
  19. Great insight OP! Unfortunately, this stat and many other measures give us a sense of "moral victory" in that the Bills are a clearly a highly competitive team. The fact remains that we've seen too many instances where we ultimately haven't been able to win the big games when it matters. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to be out of the "drought years," but at this point it's well past time where we need to take it to the next level. Exhausting opponents is great, but it's high time we stop inexplicably dropping absurd games to inferior teams due to self-inflicted wounds AND start advancing when the games really count. This is where the angst and criticism comes in when we reflect on McD's tenure. I'm well past the point of being satisfied with being "good." I'm sick of having good to great regular seasons where we play everyone tough only to lose steam or flat out sh*t the bed in big moments. This is how we should all feel if we really believe in "Lombardi or bust" given our perceived talent and an established coaching staff. To make matters worse, it's disheartening to see that a total douche like Mahomes has made it to three super bowls and has won two rings while Josh and others haven't even sniffed the big game yet within roughly the same span of time.
  20. Giving Josh a pass there although it would’ve been beautiful (assuming Gabe doesnt drop it- big if!). Hard to see the whole field when you have Chris Jones bearing down and you’re running for your life.
  21. imagine thinking 47 degrees (i think that’s the forecast?) was cold lol. Honestly the lucked out!
  22. Plus, I plan to eat mighty taco and take some massive dumps and not flush in the visitors’ locker room then shut off their water supply. Really hoping there’s a seperate water line to the Bills locker room (it’s a risk I’m willing to take).
  23. OP, blink if it’s Lee Evans
