  1. While I'm not convinced McDermott should stay, this is very well said. I still think if McDermott can't show us something the rest of the way, time to move on and thank him for what he's done to turn the franchise around.
  2. Wowza, I was always a sceptic of bringing Daboll back (if even possible) to replace McDermott given his struggles in NY and McDermott’s history of relative success. Just finished the whole article and half of it’s true, McD truly has to go after this year latest and we need to figure out a way to get Dabes back, or at least get a couch who will put the focus on building around Josh as it should be. Yeeshhh
  3. This. Except all whites, not a fan of same color pants and jerseys…it’s just too much, especially if your colors are bright blue and red.
  4. He and Bills brass had different ideas about tight ends. Hey-ohh!!!
  5. Kincaid is like if MarQueis Gray and Jason Croom had a baby, but that baby got on the field and was good.
  6. Von’s gotta be a scratch. Forget the off the field stuff, which is of course awful. Dude is a waste or space right now on the field until proven otherwise. This is a perfect chance to get him off the field for a multitude of reasons.
  7. You mean to tell me that this guy is useless?!? The wingspan. The range of motion. The passion. Elite!
  8. Beat me to it. Regardless if you think McDermott is terrible, not being on the same page with him is not a way to help things get better...
  9. Really curious to see if this is the week we bring in playoff Lenny as a battering ram
  10. What does a tie do for us?
  11. Each of our losses have been terrible/crushing and inexcusable but last week’s is going to stay with me for a while. Maybe because I was in Philly at that game…watching the Chiefs then us blow it, and now seeing San Fran dominate is both cathartic and infuriating.
  12. Ah right. Say no more!
  13. Can’t believe they overturned that Arizona TD. Looked 3 steps and a down forearm before the ball popped out to me…
  14. Exactly! i had folks who might have flights/hotel reservations in mind. Not super easy to just change, particularly if it also involves potentially added time off at work etc. I'm sure you're right that the NFL doesn't care too much as long as butts are in seats, but no doubt it's a bad experience for a good chunk of fans at the same time.
  15. Ugh exactly my point before. Seattle should have gone for two last score.
  16. Screw Jerry and the girls. Screw them almost (almost!) at the expense of our overall SOS in a tiebreak to make the playoffs. You just know he’s been on the phone to NY meddling on some of these reviews…Dirtbag owner and obnoxious fans.
  17. Honest question for thoughts. Seattle scores a TD with a 21-20 lead. No no need for an xtra point to go up 7. Why not go for two and make it a two score game?
  18. Correct on all counts. With the exception of the Browns and Jets, the throwbacks rolled out this year have all been great imo. Even Philly. If we had to lose to them at least we got to see it in those sweet kelly greens.
  19. To be fair, KC also dominated Philly and should have won. They shot themselves in the foot just like us. Gotta hand it to Philly...they're either the luckiest SOBs in the world or are a championship team that digs deep and just finds ways to win. Guess we'll find out which in the playoffs.
  20. Same reason this was the first year of games on Black Friday. Before we know it, there'll be football on every day of the week and twice (maybe literally?) on Sunday! On one hand it's nice having options to watch more games throughout the week, on the other I kind of miss the days of limited football on Sunday and Monday night only...it felt like there was something special to look forward to each week.
  21. Totally fair point. And I'm assuming there was probably a disclaimer with the new Monday night flex games too. Still movement to a Saturday is probably easier than a Monday night!
  22. Same day flex games I get to a degree. If I'm already planning on going to the game Sunday I can probably swing a game moved earlier or later that day, annoying as it might be. Scheduling to an entirely new day with less than 2 weeks notice though??? Seems crazy from a ticketed fan's perspective, especially for those travelling in from out of town. Have to imagine a good chunk of fans won't be able to adjust and will have to sell or forfeit the tix. Curious if they would be offered any sort of refund in that scenario?
  23. Fingers crossed that there's a financial out in Von's contract that can help us if things go off the rails with the recent domestic assault allegations...
  24. Doing my part towards 100 pages even though Howie Roseman will probably have him back in Philly before we hit page 5. That man is a freaking wizard.
  25. Kind of messed up but that's exactly where my mind went too. Sure hope it's not true for everyone involved, most importantly the woman.
