Ray Davis - What am I missing?
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just another 80 yard td and another drop by Cook. Nothing to see here though ... -
Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Anyone who said von "had some good pass rushes" is just grasping at straws. The guy looks cooked. You'd think after sitting out for so many weeks he'd have a fire lit under him... but nope. The guy is literally out of excuses. One of the worst bills signings of all time.- 630 replies

Ray Davis named NFLPA Community MVP of the week
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Davis is better than cook. Sick of cook and his drops or fumbles, meanwhile davis seems to make massive plays while only touching the ball a couple times a game. Plus he's a great blocker. -
(edited)8 games in, 4.5-game division lead…
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
I did a quick research back to the year 2000. Multiple teams had 6 game division leads at the end of the season, one team had a 7 game lead, and the biggest ever division lead (not surprisingly) was by the 2007 new England patriots who finished 16-0. The bills were second at 7-9. -
(edited)8 games in, 4.5-game division lead…
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm bumping this because I really think we are going to have a 6 game division lead heading Into the chiefs game: Bills - 8-2 Dolphins - 2-7 Jets - 2-8 Patriots - 2-8 Can anyone remember a more lopsided division in recent memory ? Sure the pats from the 00's and present day chiefs have dominated their divisons, but there's usually been at least another team hovering around .500. -
Diggs hurt (Torn ACL - out for the season)

I actually think it's the opposite like an acl tear and they are getting a 2nd opinion. Either way we should know more tomorrow, from what I'm reading. -

And kansas city. When is the last time anyone challenged them in the afc west? Getting a guaranteed home playoff game every year is huge. -

These three teams are BAD.. like REAL BAD. If the patriots beat the Jets next week, we could very well have a 5 game division lead heading Into the chiefs game *assuming we take care of business. The earliest an NFL division has ever been clinched was in week 11. I don't think that will happen, but all three teams will be underdogs in every game they play. And yes I understand it's unlikely they will all lose, but it's just wild to me how much of a runaway this divison is. Does anyone remember another time in Bills history where the divison was wrapped up so soon? At this point we are just vying for playoff positioning. New England: Vs. NY Jets @ Tennessee @Chicago Miami Vs. Arizona @Buffalo @Los Angeles New York @New England Vs. Houston @Arizona -
Pats vs Jags in London game thread
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall
New England may have something with Drake Maye AKA Josh Allen lite. Fortunately their coaching sucks, and I'm sure they will run it back again next year. -
The officiating is as poor as ever IMO. It also doesn't help that the chiefs seemingly get every crucial call. Most of the Thursday night games are snooze fests. But I actually enjoy the post game show with Fitz, Sherman and the rest of them.

I don't think the Browns would trade Garrett . Sure he's worthless to their team this year but going forward I doubt they want to give up one of the best defensive players in the league . On that note, i've always been curious if teams could make a trade where they agree to trade back. So for example : Since Cleveland has no use for him this year, they agree to trade him to the Bills only for the remainder of the 2024 season, after which he goes back to Cleveland. Is that type of trade ever been made or even possible ?

The city owes a lot to this man. Even after his death he made sure his foundation donated over 100 million to the city of Buffalo. The money is currently being used to completely reimagine Lasalle park (now named Ralph Wilson park). And sure he was cheap... and buffalo may not have been his first choice. But he somehow kept the bills in buffalo for over 50 years. I imagine most other owners would have sold out and moved the team.

When he started during the texans game he looked atrocious. 2 long touchdowns were directly because of him . We pretty much win that game if we had a competent safety.

The Diggs - Cooper trade
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to SydneyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Kelvin Benjamin for diggs straight up is a win. Anyway diggs is out of Buffalo = a win. Getting Cooper and draft picks is just icing on the cake. -
Davante Adams Traded to the Jets
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
The only way it's a 2nd is if davante is an all pro 1st or 2nd team (how is that even possible given he's been out for 3 games) AND they must make the AFC Championship game. So almost no way it turns Into a 2nd. And it will most likely be middle of the 3rd or towards the back end of the 3rd as the jets have one of the easiest schedules remaining and davante Theoretically makes them better. I'd be surprised if they finished less than 9-8. So a middle 3rd rd pick for a hall of fame WR is nothing , IF you have the cap space. Which the bills didn't. And remember the jets are off the hook at the end of the year, it's not like they have to take on a big bloated future contract. -
Ray Davis - What am I missing?
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm sorry but if Im Mcdermott I'm starting Ray Davis permanently over cook , even if cook is healthy. Ray Davis doesn't drop passes or have critical fumbles . Also, it seems to me that Ray Davis plays with a lot more heart than James Cook, fighting for extra yards etc. Which makes sense given how much he's had to endure in his personal life. -
Raiders are open to trading Davante Adams
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Do you blame them? If the team they're trading with wants vegas to eat the cap space then vegas might as well wait, they are paying davante anyways and teams will continue to be desperate. -

I know a lot of you try to not read too much into social media, but davante following josh is huge news. It means one of two things : #1) the bills are signing davante and they're working out the details or #2) davante wants to come to buffalo, which we weren't of just yesterday. I'm getting my 🍿 ready
