A couple other posters already mentioned it but I just wanted to say... this will solidify Josh's mvp. Baltimore has 8 pro bowlers while the Bills have 2. The bills record is significantly better than the Ravens. And the Bills have beat the 2 best teams in the league, recently. A couple people with insider knowledge and an mvp vote, have already hinted at the fact that the race isn't all that close. That's not to say lamar won't get some votes but I think this race is not nearly as close as a lot of people think.

I hear BS like " i want to beat the pats and don't care if it helps them etc.." Nahhhh F that.... let the patriots win so they fall from 1 to 5. That means so much more for the Bills going forward.

This is kinda irrelevant imo... Kansas City is never going to let cincy into the playoffs. They're going to intentionally throw the game.

Why do I hear so many people saying that Pittsburgh is a bigger threat in the first round for Baltimore than the Chargers would be? I know Pittsburgh beat Baltimore but that was early in the season and the game was In Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh recently got blown out by Baltimore and is slowly looking worse and worse. John Harbaugh won a college national championship last year, multiple nfc championship games/superbowl appearances and now his team is getting hot and has Justin Herbert. You'd be crazy to think the chargers don't give the ravens a run for their money.

Even if Baltimore wins, the steelers will still be playing for the #5 seed. So instead of facing Baltimore in the first round they can face the Texans. That's a massive difference and I don't expect the steelers to sit anyone.

What team would you guys want the bills to play in their last ever game in Ralph Wilson Stadium . Would you want it to be the chiefs ? Or is that rivalry not old enough, instead would you want it to be a divisional rival ?

I think Pegula looks at what the sabres have become and is terrified that if he fires McDermott/ beane that the Bills could be next. Granted we have josh allen but I don't think Terry is smart enough to realize that the Bills will be good regardless of who the coach is.

If washington loses tonight , I think their game next week against Dallas is a perfect candidate for a Saturday game. Whether Washington wins or loses tampa and Atlanta will still be alive.

The weather Channel says 15-20 degrees on wild card weekend - saturday/Sunday. Seems pretty standard for orchard park in mid. January ?

Does anyone not want allen to win MVP? I'm just envisioning a world where allen loses MVP and is facing lamar in the divisional round. Not that he needs it but could you imagine the extra motivation it would give josh. And on the flip side, the immense pressure jackson would be under after winning his 3rd MVP facing the man many thought should have won the award.

Not really. If the game were played at 1pm they'd have the ability to decide whether Denver makes it or not but that's it. They wouldn't have the prior knowledge of knowing whether it's Denver or indy or cincy or Miami. Panthers @ Falcons could be a possibility. The falcons could need a win for the division. But then you'd have to hope the Bucs beat the Saints otherwise the falcons game would be meaningless. I agree there's no good option. The best of which may actually be the chiefs at the broncos. But that gives the chiefs a competitive advantage and I know the NFL likes to discourage that as much as possible when scheduling the final game.

But then you essentially give kansas city the ability to pick and choose who makes the playoffs. If they see Cincinnati waiting in the wings they may intentionally let Denver win.

I believe 2 games get flexed to Saturday , with the penultimate game played on Sunday Night. Lions vs. Vikings seems like a slam dunk for Sunday night. But what happens if the Vikings lose to the Packers and the Lions clinch not only the division but the #1 seed. There's really nothing else that appealing: -chiefs back ups vs. Denver on Sunday night ? Yuck... - The NFC south may still be up for grabs but the Bucs and Falcons don't play each other, so you'd potentially beshowcasing a meaningless game. The last time the NFL didn't have a Sunday night game was in 2017 when the bills broke their playoff less streak. But that was New Years eve so it's understandable the NFL didn't want a night game.

20 mph sustained wind and rain... Going to be tough for Josh to put up big numbers unless he's committed to running the ball, which I don't imagine he will be given the lack of importance of the game. And we know voters don't care about the weather. It's one reason why it's so difficult for a qb from buffalo to ever win.

Bills could easily make them one dimensional though.

If KC loses today they'll probably be facing a Denver team next week that's fighting for their playoff lives. I could see that game being flexed to Sunday Night.

So frustrating that we were told we don't need a dome and that allen and his /bills style of play takes advantage of cold weather games.... did anyone see what allen did the last two games in a dome ? And how allen seems to play worse in the cold.

It's a huge advantage Chiefs are going to play someone like the chargers or steelers in tye 1st rd, then the bills .... whereas the bills could have to beat ->bengals->ravens-chiefs

Bills are really going to have their seeding determined with 2 games to go.. wow. I don't care what most people say... I'd rest everyone up for two weeks. Maybe one or two drives in each game to keep "game ready ". But I'm definitely not going all out risking an injury.

Have you watched him play this year? He's not good. No effort, drops passes, runs wrong routes and doesn't study playback. He's the kind of guy that can ruin the chemistry of a team.
