  1. Yes it does. Look at the blue bars on the bottom. My estimate of 8 inches before the game may actually be low. It looks more like 12 inches.
  2. Id be willing to wager money that the game gets rescheduled. If anyone wants to place a friendly small wager let me know. Looking at the NOAA hourly forecast it looks like about 8 inches of snow from 1 am Sunday to kickoff. And right at kickoff the band becomes more intense dropping another 8 inches from 1pm to 4 pm. Couple that with 30 mph winds and I don't have much optimism about the game being played Sunday.
  3. Do you remember the storm last year when 50 people died . Or were you too strong as a human that your brain can't even remember those things?
  4. It's too late to move the game to another city . If the weather is so bad that driving bans are put into place, then I think the only option is to in fact move it to Monday, hopefully in Western New York.
  5. Reading the pats message board / reddit is just hilarious. They absolutely DO NOT approve of this move. Most fans wanted the organization to at least do their due diligence and interview other candidates. Many question what will be different under Mayo vs. Bill... ? Its still the same defense, and Mayo isn't an offensive minded. Some fans are even convinced that Kraft is on the verge of sending the franchise spiraling out of control.
  6. Interesting! I was watching Don Paul and they've increased the snow prediction from 1-3 inches to 3-5. Winds also projected to be slightly faster. But yeah, it would be an easy DUB if it weren't for the weather conditions that's kinda my point. I'm just nervous this weather might neutralize the field. That's all
  7. So with the weather forecast starting to look worse and worse, it got be to thinking.... If the bills lose to Pittsburgh and it is mainly because the weather was so terrible that it evened the playing field. What would the narrative around the new stadium be? It would mark two years in a row that the Bills were eliminated in part because of atrocious weather. Would more fans start calling for a dome. Not only does the weather neutralize the playing field, but fans simply don't want to go. Ticket prices have been steadily dropping. I can only imagine how expensive tickets would be had we been playing in a dome.
  8. It's a completely ridiculous rule where the clock stops regardless of whether the penalty is accepted or not. Here it is the full rule: "The change approved Thursday adds a new line that simply says that the clock will now stop if the offense commits any accepted dead-ball foul at any point during the fourth quarter or overtime: If the game clock is stopped after a down in which there was a foul by either team, following enforcement or declination of a penalty, the game clock will start as if the foul had not occurred, except that the clock will start on the snap if: (1) the foul occurs after the two-minute warning of the first half; (2) the foul occurs inside the last five minutes of the second half; or (3) the offense commits a dead-ball foul during the fourth quarter or overtime that is accepted; or (4) a specific rule prescribes otherwise." I posted this in another thread after the game: "Seems like a silly rule that could be exploited. For example, if a team picks up a first down with 1:50 seconds left and the defense has 1 timeout left the game would be over as the offense could run the clock out. Instead , if after the player gets the first down the defense commits a personal foul the clock would stop ? And now the offense could theoretically get the ball back with about 25 seconds. Mind Blown"
  9. This is exactly how I feel , but with Cleveland playing Houston in the first game of the week I won't really know who to root for at that point.
  10. All the media is talking about is Kansas City and how cold it will be . But isn't the forecast for our game worse ? Sustained winds of 25 mph, gusts up to 50 mph and snow. I'd take the extreme cold over our mess.
  11. Is this a good thing for him? He's still abusing women?
  12. When we say a lot what do we mean ? If it were back in the days of Roethlisberger I'd say 50% steelers fans , but now I can't imagine they have much hope of winning. I'll take a guess and say 25% steelers fans.
  13. The quote below by the victims aunt leads me to believe the murder was related to the game. "It was a senseless act," Skye said. "They just didn't want [the driver] hurting anybody else. It was just a game. It's a sport that's supposed to be you know, it's competitive, but there's no room for violence."
  14. I think its funny that theyre trying to say it wasnt related to the game. Surely the NFL would want to push that narrative. Lets be serious ...It happened right after the game. The murderer surely saw the victim wearing bills clothing. I'd be shocked if it wasn't a miami fan that committed the crime. I think it's curious they haven't released any info on the suspect.
  15. Good question.. my wife is actually a huge swifite and wants to go. Does anyone know which suite opposing players family/friends typically stay in? Legitimate question.
  16. Has a bills fan ever murdered an opposing fan after a game? Florida people are ummm different. The culture they're fostering especially in South Florida is embarrassing.
  17. There doesn't appear to be any rule against it. Below is from an article after the recent rule change in 2020. These rules were put into place after belicheck manipulated the clock by intentionally taking a false start. But this was on offense. There's nothing in the rule book about manipulating the clock on defense. And how would a ref know a face Mask or hands to the face, for example, is manipulating the clock: "The change approved Thursday adds a new line that simply says that the clock will now stop if the offense commits any accepted dead-ball foul at any point during the fourth quarter or overtime: If the game clock is stopped after a down in which there was a foul by either team, following enforcement or declination of a penalty, the game clock will start as if the foul had not occurred, except that the clock will start on the snap if: (1) the foul occurs after the two-minute warning of the first half; (2) the foul occurs inside the last five minutes of the second half; or (3) the offense commits a dead-ball foul during the fourth quarter or overtime that is accepted; or (4) a specific rule prescribes otherwise."
  18. Ok my mistake then. I was listening to a recap of the game and the analyst said otherwise. Seems like a silly rule that could be exploited. Mind Blown
  19. I know KC is having a down year but I think people picking KC over Cleveland or Houston are insane. They are the reigning super bowl champions and last I looked still have Patrick Mahomes. I like the fact that it would be in Buffalo but I'd still be very worried about past demons rearing their ugly head. My number one choice by far is CJ Stroud and the Texans in Orchard Park. Not sure they'd stand much chance. I give the steelers this week more of a chance than the Texans . I'd also take Cleveland over KC. Clevelands defense does look dominant but I'm still not sold on Flacco. Over his 5 game stretch he had 8 interceptions , that would have equated to 27 over a 17 game season, second most in the history of the league. I don't see lightning in a bottle striking twice with Flacco.
  20. I don't think this is being talked about enough but why did McDermott accept the defensive holding penalty with 3:04 left ? Josh Allen scrambled for a 13 yard first down to the 48 yard line. There was 3:04 left and the dolphins had 1 timeout down by 7 pts. If he declines the penalty the clock would have continued to run. At that point an extra 5 yards is not nearly as important as running an extra 40 seconds off the clock. This decision almost came back to bite us in the ass. The Dolphins started their final drive with 1:53 left on the clock vs. 1:13 if the penalty were declined. If the Dolphins scored on that final drive we would be talking about another McDermott in game miscue.
  21. Yeah they really went down a lot overnight. I'm a season ticket holder and my tickets were just released this morning so assuming there may have been a flood of tickers. Still the highest priced game of the week.
  22. And the Cheapest ticket is $500! Every other game including Dallas vs. Green Bay has tickets under $200.
  23. This really sucks. The bills playoff home field advantage is the biggest load of BS . We saw it on full force last year against the bengals. Bad weather evens the playing field and makes games unpredictable. Now because of this crazy weather Pittsburgh has a legitimate shot at winning. If this were in a dome I'm not sure I'd give Pittsburgh much chance at all.
