Ok BPA is a QB, we bypass clear needs for a QB? Or LT,Guard etc? I get BPA at a position of need, CB, DE, DT,WR. But BPA just for BPA according to our board to bypass needs isnt the way to go. Now if it were the drought years I would be OK with BPA period.

Some interesting things: Beane mentioned how much they wanted Michael Hoecht. The fact they knew and still wanted him, makes me think they have special plans for him. I see him as a guy who "floats." I believe both players. There are things in supplements that are, stupidly, banned in sports. Yes they should have been more diligent in checking what they were taking, but sometimes they have people for that or they get lax in checking. Both maned up and admitted they failed the tests. The timing and procedures of the NFL sucks, and that is what hit us. Bottom line, it is what it is, we just deal with it. We get roster exemptions amd cap relief for 6 games. Play the two guys we drafted last year, and use rookies until they return. And as others have rightfully said, we get these 2 guys for mid to end of season and playoffs fresh.

The first 6 games matter if Cincinnati and KC are on the menu
